Chapter Text
"So, like, no interest, in any guy? Not even that guy?" Chie points at, what Akira has to admit, was a handsome man. But, Akira was strictly into girls. She kinda hates most men, thanks to Akechi, and most of the people she interacts with. Not to say everyone is bad, it would be saying that all women are good. He remembers Hifumi's Mother.
"No. I don't know why people say things like that. The girl is really cute though." Yukiko said, a finger to her cheek. Wait...
"Momma." Akira sighs, knowing what was going on.
"Like, really?" Yosuke asked, with a grin on his face. Oh, it was a teasing kind, but the one that knows he would be pushing it, so he would wait.
"Yes? I never understood why people talk about how a guy looks. The ones I do notice, are... called... Traps?" She asked, and Akira snorted. "Was that wrong?" She asked, and Akira explained.
"Nope. Traps are guys that looks like girls, or girls that look like guys." Yukiko nodded. Chie had stopped.
"Wait..." She trailed off, getting the idea, but Yu was just staring into space, like nothing about this was reaching him. He started doing that, after Yukiko pointed out the girl.
"So, you don't notice the guy?" Yosuke asked, timidly.
"No, I'm usually noticing the girl, and what she's wearing. It's always cute, or what I heard people call 'Hot and Sexy'." She said, and Akira suddenly found herself looking towards a candy store.
"Hey, Yu, how about we go get some sweets?" She asked, and the silver haired boy nodded.
"Sounds good." he agreed. Yosuke stayed behind, bless his soul.
An hour later, and a red faced Yukiko was sitting next to a Yosuke that was patting her back, and Chie was lying down, contemplating life.
"So, I'm straight, Yukiko isn't, and everyone assumes it's the other way around?" She asked, and Yosuke nodded.
"Yep, I'm kinda not really liking anyone, I prefer what the person is like, instead of what they look like. Not guys though, not into that." He said, and trailed off. "Although... Never mind." He muttered.
"Not going to ask. And also, Yosuke, is it if they look girly enough?" Yosuke nodded.
"Right, anyway..." Akira trailed off herself, and then sighed. "Look, how about we just, I don't freakin know, do something? There is an arcade around here. Somewhere." Akira muttered, looking around, and then a cop came over. Akira hid behind Yukiko.
"Huh? Anyway, are you kids ok? I saw the girl lying down for a long time." The woman asked, and Akira squeaked, as she hid even more so.
"Sorry, she's shy. And yes, we are all ok." Yukiko admitted, and the woman nodded.
"Good day." She said, walking away.
"So, what was that about?" Yosuke asked, and Akira shuddered.
"That was Yuriko Niijima." She said, and then shuddered.
"Do not, want to see her again. I don't care, if I meet her niece, or her other niece. But I do not want to talk to her. She scares me, and not on purpose." She muttered, and only Yukiko could hear her.
"Yuriko? That's... Well, my cousins name is Yuri, Yuri Lowenthal." Yosuke admitted, and Akira looked him right in the eye.
"Ben 10 sounding douche." She said, with a grin.
"Says the kid who when they deepen their voice, sounds like the announcer for Smash Brothers." He grinned right back.
Everyone else, took a step back mentally at that one.
"You understand English?" Yukiko asked, and Akira looked her right in the eyes, grey meeting brown.
"Momma, I understand most Languages." She said, and then yawned.
"Ok, I think it's time for bed, sweetheart." Yukiko said, as Akira nodded.
"Yeah, bus stop?"
"Well, I don't think riding a bike would be good for you." She said, and the two walked away from the other three.
"Akira was a guy, until Yukiko had that weird thing happen. Did something change that day?" Chie asked, and Yosuke hummed.
"She seemed adamant that only I was to get her down from the Lights, and actually did so willingly, once I showed up. She said she got spooked, and jumped onto them." Yosuke said, and Yu looked at both.
"... I think I met a relative." He said, and Yosuke's eyes widened.
"Marie." He said, and Yu nodded. "Need to get those two to meet." Yu suddenly feared for the integrity of Inaba. And what remains of his sanity.
Akechi growled, as he walked away from the child. Her face sporting a fresh wound, but no blood. He saw that it healed up, leaving no trace, and he just booked it.
He hates that there was a pun there.
He wanted to get Akira alone, maybe he could lay on his politeness, and get with her. He wants her, needs her.
He didn't realize that there was something else at play, in his mind, that his Personae, were working on without either human or violent force knowing.
And walked in on her flirting with a red head girl, with glasses.
Oh, ok... He just needs to take out the competition.
He felt both Loki and Robin shout out varying degree's of No's.
He was still going to do it.
He was met with the MetaNav having been locked, with his Personae knowing the code.
He hates his mind, sometimes.
