All you have to do is ask

Summary:

Percy loves his cousin very much.

Percy doesn't appreciate his cousin being unfairly slighted.

Nico has to continually prevent murders

Notes:

Hey! This is for JBB, do you need me to kill someone for you?, Killer

Percy definitely loves Nico and no one can convince me that Percy wouldn't gladly kill anyone who glares at him.

It's T just because Percy keeps trying to persuade Nico in letting him kill people. No one dies.

Work Text:

No one could argue that Percy was the nicest, kindest person alive.

No one could argue that the boy had a golden heart and a personality that put everyone around him at ease, whether they were frightened children, ignored demigods, or abused nymphs.

Even the Amazons and Artemis' Huntresses could not help but love the boy.

Obviously, not everyone was worthy of his endless courtesy.

Some didn't deserve his kindness and only received his burning gaze.

In fact, at the moment, two legacies of Mars were huddled behind Reyna, Nico staring with folded arms at Percy.

"You can't kill them, Percy." Nico said, his voice serious.

"But they were mean to you." Percy pouted. "They wouldn't even feel it!" He promised then, bringing his arms to his chest. "I can make it painless and fast."

"Percy not." Nico shook his head. "And I can't believe I have to explain to you why you can't kill people!"

"Not even rude idiots?" Percy cocked his head.

"Neither them."

Percy pouted. "Fine, but only because you ask me to."

After a few moments, during which Reyna had pushed the two demigods away, Nico looked at Percy. "Can you do something for me?"

"I can do anything for you."

"Can you please not kill anyone while I'm not here?"

"Where are you going?" Percy asked, narrowing his eyes at his cousin.

"I have a mission and..."

"I come too."

"Percy, no."

"It will be funny." The green-eyed boy promised, smiling.

Nico sighed. "I suppose that would be better than leaving you here unsupervised, where you can kill for me."

"Do I have to kill someone for you?"

"Percy, NO!"
