Summary
A tech genius disappears on the apparent verge of a technological breakthrough? Leaving his kid and company without a word? Now that kid suddenly decides to take over the company after showing no interest for years?
Something isn't adding up, and the world's greatest detective is going to figure it out.

Basically Batman and co. try to figure out what's going on with Encom and find the grid instead. Prologue is set a few weeks after Tron: Legacy, main story is set a few months later.
