"W- where-", Ethan started but Felix hushed him.
"I've been to places.", he said simply- examining his nails.

Felix laughed. It was a cold, empty, laugh. Ethan was genuinely terrified now- what had happened to his friend?- then the laughter fell down to a satisfied sigh. "Oh trust me.", Felix responded, "what I did to him will be far less painful in comparison."
Shadows fell across the room and Ethan let out a pained, drawn-out wail.

Gus whistled as he walked over towards his goats. His profit. Goat milk was quite a rarity in the Kingdom and only he was able to provide- well the goats but he was the one milked them so it maybe it was a joint effort?. Speaking of which...
Gus looked down and-
Blood was what greeted him.
Red covered his goats' bodies and the grass, turning the dull green into a crimson red. Gus wanted to barf and his eyes rolled up to the cloudy sky. His knees were shaking, his voice was stuck in his chest...and he could swear he heard laughter in his ear.
