Xiaohei, who had not felt the need to sleep in that phenomenally fluffy nest for a while, and who had actually grown up quite a bit from the kitten he once was, said reasonably, “I don’t need a nest when I have you guys. Anyway, it’s like you’ve forgotten that I haven’t even used that hollow in ages.”
Fengxi remained inconsolable. He seemed like he was on the verge of muttering himself into a fit, angry hisses slipping intermittently out of his throat.
