Hisako Midoriya, younger sister of Izuku Midoriya. She is a 13 year old quirkless child, a life of a quirkless is not easy. In order to survive in this world she had no choice but to be realistic and face the truth. She had been thinking of what she would do in the future, then she decided she'll just do anything she wants, avoid danger as much as possible and not meddle with things that aren't her problem and the most important thing.. be rich (money💸money💸money). I mean she has no intention or desire to be a hero after all...

All she did was ask if a quirkless person can be a hero! Her brother always asked that so she wanted to know what their answer would be and of course to see if they're quirkist bastards.
