Chapter Text
“Bad vessel!” The Pale King tried to remove Ghost from his arm. Hollow immediately teared up.
He hadn’t—he was talking about Ghost, not Hollow. Ghost, who must have sensed Hollow was upset, bit him even harder.
“Stop,” The Pale King ordered. Somehow, Ghost was hanging off his arm with bite strength alone. He sighed. At this rate, they were going to break their neck.
The Pale King supported their lower half and looked straight into their round, blank eyes.
Utterly feral and completely unrepentant.
Adorable.
Having run out of ideas to get the little vessel to behave, he pressed a kiss to the top of their head.
Ghost was so shocked they let go and wiped at the top of their head with both hands in sheer disgust.
Hollow, however, cried out indignantly and tugged at the Pale King’s robes.
That wasn’t fair! They were a good vessel but they didn’t get kisses? How come Ghost got kisses for biting Father? Hollow want kisses too! Should they also bite Father?
The Pale King laughed softly and hoisted Hollow into his lap.
