Summary
Katsuki looms over Izuku, a menacing shadow. “You know,” he begins, his voice low and taunting. “You will always be here.” He gestures down at his feet, planted firmly on either side of Izuku’s trembling legs. “At my fucking feet.” A cruel smirk stretches across his face as he leans closer, breath hot against Izuku’s ear. “Because you’ll always grovel for me, won’t you, Deku?”
Izuku’s heart races as he stares up at Katsuki, horror etched on his face. The glow of Katsuki’s palm intensifies, crackling with energy as it hovers inches from his face. No, not this time, Izuku thinks, panic surging through him. He raises his arms instinctively, a futile shield against the inevitable. “K-Kaachan! Don’t—”
In an instant, a blinding flash erupts, followed by a thunderous clash that reverberates through the narrow alleyway. The force of it sends Izuku sprawling, a guttural scream ripping from his throat as the world around him ignites.
