Chapter Text
It was Sunday, which meant all the members were together to have breakfast that morning. Although the past months their table was missing more than one member for their meal. Jimin knew it was partly his fault since he had been self-conscious about inhabiting the same space as Yoongi unless strictly necessary.
Now, seeing his favorite six people sitting together he promised to himself not to lose it ever again. He wanted to make sure they could always be together, for years to come. Even if it meant to hear their absurd conversations.
“I’m just saying that once I leave the military, I’ll be huge.” Taehyung was saying while Jin shook his head at him. “Just wait and see, I’ll be stronger than even Jungkook.”
“Come on.” Jin rolled his eyes. “You can’t be stronger than my kangaroo. Come on kangaroo! Show him!”
Jungkook immediately adopted the ridiculous pose that he and Jin perfected for the last years, puffing out his chest and bringing his arms to his sides. Jimin laughed along with his friends, entirely endeared by his youngest always ready to please them.
Yoongi laughed as well; the sound of his voice was immediately caught by Jimin. In a sea of noises, it was impossible to miss Yoongi’s tone. It was his favorite sound. Yoongi caught him staring and raised an eyebrow, as if asking ‘what are you looking at?’. Jimin stuck his tongue at him.
They didn’t notice Jin staring at them.
“What about you?” Their eldest member asked, pointing at Jimin with his chopsticks, food still hanging from them. “Are you planning to go back to your muscle era?”
“Ooh, Jimin with washboard abs will make a comeback?” Hoseok joined the teasing, a heart smile decorating his face.
Jimin smiled not wanting to humor them, but he saw Yoongi’s expression and thought it would be nice to tease his hyung a little bit. He stood and raised his tank top, showing his abdomen receiving whoops of excitement from his friends.
“I don’t know. The abs were hot, but I like my body lean these days. What do you think?” He asked, turning a little to a side to have his ‘Nevermind’ tattoo completely in the open for them to ogle.
He knew that Yoongi was obsessed with his tattoo, even if they were yet to talk about it, just because of how many times the elder traced it with his fingers while they were in Japan. Jimin could feel the burning of his touch still blazing his skin. He wanted to be shirtless all the time, so Yoongi could stare at him the way he was doing right now: Hungry.
“I think we should ask hyung.” Taehyung said, mischief glimmering in his eyes. “He will be the one taking your uniform off when you’re done with your enlistment.”
Jimin went red and Yoongi coughed, hiding his face with a hand. Jin busted laughing, almost choking on his food while Namjoon started screaming covering his ears. Jungkook was quietly laughing looking at his hyungs with fake disappointed, as if he was the old and mature of the group.
“Tae is right, but I have the suspicion hyung would prefer Jimin to have his abs back, so he can wash clothes on them again.” Hoseok said, laughing as loud as Jin.
“It was a dare!” Yoongi tried to defend himself, but no one could hear him.
“Let’s remember hyung likes muscular men, like that one boat instructor we had.” Taehyung continued. “Jimin, you should build muscle like me! I bet hyung will like if you can hold him against a wall when you two- “
“No. Don’t say one more word Kim Taehyung.” Namjoon stopped him, and Jin rolled his eyes.
“Come on, we have heard worse from you, like when you were explaining how emoji man used to ride yo-“
“Stop!” Namjoon interrupted again, covering his ears as he started to scream very childish: “Lalalala I can’t hear you lalala.”
Jimin laughed at that, happy the attention wasn’t on him anymore, but on Namjoon who unfortunately was the type to overshare a lot when he got drunk. All of them had been victims of a rather spicy retelling of Namjoon’s ex.
“I miss my life some months ago.” Jungkook said, talking for the first time since he got busy eating. “Where we didn’t joke about Jimin and Yoongi hyung’s sex life.”
“Remember it’s part your fault.” Yoongi told him, but his smile was thankful. “You convinced Jimin to go find me that night.”
Yoongi searched for Jimin’s eyes, and both smiled. They were grateful they had such good friends rooting for them, and willing to push them to find happiness with each other. God knows what would’ve happened if it were only the two of them trying to navigate their feelings.
“I’m happy our ship is back.” Taehyung said and Jin nodded. “Although it’s a shame our ARMY won’t know about it.”
“God, can you imagine?” Namjoon whistled. “It’ll be a war every day. I don’t think the world is ready yet.”
“They aren’t ready for many things.” Hobi mussed. “But we don’t care about the whole world, and I think our ARMY would celebrate, and would want them to be happy.”
Jimin felt a knot on his stomach, as every time the concept of revealing a romantic relationship was discussed with the group. He had no doubt that his fans, his real fans, would be happy for him. He also knew there were people out there ready to leech onto any type ‘scandal’ to bring them down.
He loved Yoongi. He wished he could scream it to the sky so everyone could know who his heart belonged to. But not yet.
For the moment, it was enough that his family knew. His mom laughed sweetly when Jimin informed him, telling him that she had a hunch already. Yoongi’s mom called him crying the night Yoongi told his parents, and she called Jimin ‘my son’. Jimin’s dad sent a bouquet of flowers to Yoongi, and Jimin discovered the note that said ‘Take care of my heart’ safely kept inside a drawer on Yoongi’s studio.
“One day it will happen.” Yoongi declared, and Jimin felt his heart grow in size at the resolution of his voice. “For now, we can play with ARMY a little bit and make them speculate.”
“Talking about that, hyung, show them the song.” Jimin urged him and 5 pairs of eyes turned curiously at him. “We received the approval for our song yesterday. I’ll have it on my next album.”
“Oh my God, oh my God, hyung play it, play it.” Taehyung got up from his seat, jumping towards Yoongi ready to take the phone from his pocket if Yoongi took too long.
Yoongi laughed as he set his phone over the table. “You’ll hear it at some point though.”
“I’ll be in the military!” Taehyung complained.
“Will it have a music video?” Namjoon wondered and Jimin shook his head.
“I think it’ll be just a side B. I still need to work on the other songs, and the main one and all that. We don’t have a lot of time.”
Which he regretted a lot. The enlistment was hanging over their heads, with only a couple of days left before Jin left being the first one. They were doing a lot of things before the final day, everyone busy with their own albums and projects they were planning to leave ready before enlisting as well.
He wished he had more time with Yoongi. He wished they had gotten together before, to enjoy more days discovering each other’s as lovers. But life didn’t work the way they wanted. But he was going to do the most with the little time he had left. He already planned so many dates with Yoongi, although surrounded by work schedules. He intended to spend his time kissing his hyung breathlessly.
“Time when you’re around slows down, so we have plenty.” Yoongi said sincerely but it made all the members groan.
“Yeah, I miss my life of months ago.” Jungkook lamented and Jimin flicked him on the ear. “Yah! It’s not my fault, tell your boyfriend not to be cheesy.”
“Hyung, please be extra cheesy when Jungkook is around.”
Jungkook groaned dramatically and Hoseok laughed clapping in excitement. Jimin loved this. Maybe the whole world didn’t know how his heart was beating louder because of one person, but having his friends knowing, supporting and accepting was enough.
“Sweetheart, don’t mock the baby.” Yoongi said, the pet name clearly used to mortify Jungkook but Jimin’s heart raced. He loved when Yoongi called him sweet names.
“I’ll vomit. Please, stop the torture.” Jungkook groaned and Jimin rolled his eyes. “Just play the song already and let me eat in peace.”
Jimin knew his friend was only playing the part of a young and embarrassed brother, because he sent a long text to Jimin saying how happy he was to see him with Yoongi. Apparently, Yoongi received a similar message.
“Fine, fine. But beware, the song is cheesy as well.” Yoongi warned and everyone laughed when Jungkook dropped his head over the table.
Yoongi clicked play and the song filled the room. Jimin closed his eyes and let himself be transported to the day he recorded his lines on Yoongi’s studio booth. Since the song was a collaboration, he could hear Yoongi’s voice on his headphones while he was waiting for his next line. Yoongi even recorded himself saying ‘I love you’ inside the silences where they didn’t have lines yet.
Jimin couldn’t tell the whole world that he was in love with Yoongi, but he knew that anyone willing to pay attention would hear his love with every lyric sang. And maybe one day he wouldn’t have to hide inside of a song.

Some years ago
It was Taehyung and Jungkook’s idea. They probably saw it in a movie, or a video and wanted to have their own version. Jimin had been killing himself in the dance studio he didn’t pay attention to the chat explaining the night’s plan until he arrived and found the living room full of bedsheets, pillows and fairy lights (the ones Jungkook had on his room).
They were about to move to a different building. A bigger one. A fancier one. It was still somewhat unbelievable that they managed to make so much money to be able to get a better apartment in a fancier part of town. Not just that, but apparently, they needed it because it was in a safer neighborhood, and since they were steadily getting more fans, it was a necessary precaution.
It didn’t make it sound less unbelievable, Jimin still thought of himself as the scrawny kid that joined the one single bedroom for all trainees before debut.
But it was true. They were moving, and Jin and Hoseok fell to the youngest demands to make a pillow fort before leaving their old apartment. Jimin found out that they spent a big part of their day gathering pillows and sheets to make the space cozy for the seven of them.
Yoongi cooked for them, helped by Jungkook, and the food was laid over the sheets neatly packed in plastic containers to avoid any spilling.
The night found them all splayed on the sheets, the space of the living room felt huge without the couch and because of the sheets hanging precariously on top of their heads that seemed to hide them from the rest of the world. There, inside their pillow fort they didn’t need to act or watch their words. They were just seven friends scared about what the future might prepare for them.
“I was thinking I should get a pet.” Jin said, when the last conversation topic ran out. “Not a dog, because I don’t think I’ll have time to properly care for them, but I’d like to have a pet.”
“You should get something exotic, like the rockstars do.” Jungkook recommended and Jin laughed ruffling his hair.
“We are not rockstars.”
“And I don’t think a snake would suit hyung’s style.” Yoongi deadpanned, his focus on his phone until that moment, then his eyes moved to Jimin, and he smiled. “Jimin on the other hand, I can totally see him owning a snake.”
“What’s that supposed to mean?” Jimin asked narrowing his eyes, suspicious of his older member all the time.
Yoongi shrugged his shoulders, but he was smiling. “I’m just saying, if anyone could rock a snake concept it’ll be you. Britney Spears style.”
Jimin thought for a second, him in a crop top with a huge snake draped over his shoulders. He shivered just thinking about it. He wasn’t fond of snakes. Although he could see the vision and he knew he would look hot. He could kill it with that concept.
“Hyung, do you spend a lot of time thinking of our Jiminie naked with a snake over his shoulders?” Namjoon teased and Jimin laughed out loud seeing his hyung embarrassed.
“Why would I?” Yoongi exclaimed, but his face was at least two shades redder. “You were the one who brought the Greek concept and said that Jimin would suit a Medusa style.”
“But I said nothing about Britney Spears. That’s all on you hyung.”
Yoongi tried to defend himself, saying he was only thinking of iconic pop moments, but everyone was laughing. Jimin didn’t mind. He felt flattered, in a way, to be considered for a bold concept like what Yoongi insinuated. He was slowly starting to feel more comfortable with his feminine side, shedding away the toxic masculinity he felt he needed to have. Maybe a concept like that would be good for him at some point.
Once they were done laughing at Yoongi, Jungkook brought some ice cream he kept in the freezer and the conversation took a different approach. Jimin was having the time of his life partaking in all the different conversations, content in the knowledge that the seven had different perspectives to each subject.
“My cousin is getting married, and she invited all of you.” Hobi said, one hand holding a spoon with chocolate ice cream and the other scrolling on his phone. “She is my age, and it almost made me have a heart attack.”
“One of my cousins will have a baby.” Jungkook added. “She is only two years older than me.”
“God, why do I feel we are living on the other side of a mirror?” Namjoon wondered, letting himself fall to the pillows underneath. “It’s like, we are living but parallel to how the rest of the world lives their normal lives.”
“It’s because we are.” Yoongi told him. “We exchanged normalcy to sing in stadiums.”
“To have thousands of people sing along to our music.” Jimin agreed and Yoongi smiled at him, thankful for being understood.
“I know, I know. I love my life, and I don’t want to change it.” Namjoon continued. “But sometimes I wish we could have those moments as well, the normal and ordinary things.”
“We can.” Taehyung jumped. “It’s not like we are prohibited to them.”
Thank God for their new contracts, Jimin thought. They had more freedom, compared to years in the past. They had more obligations and schedules as well, which made it difficult to be available to pursue any ‘ordinary’ experience as Namjoon said. And even if they were, Jimin had the feeling most wouldn’t run to have those experiences. The normal pace of life was foreign to them. It was scary.
“We can, but it would be difficult.” Jin declared. “We need to be careful and trust in the right people, but we can do it.”
“That’s the problem, isn’t?” Namjoon laughed bitterly. “How easy is to find someone willing to put off with all of this? The secrecy, the packed schedule, the missed birthdays and more?”
“The right person.” Jimin and Yoongi both said at the same time and Yoongi coughed, scratching the back of his neck.
Jimin got busy with his ice cream, but he was elated. He always found himself giddy at the idea of being similar to his hyung. Yoongi was always so smart, down to earth and mature, he could only aspire to be like him when he got older.
“I’m not only talking just about a future partner.” Jin regained the word. “But we need to find good people that support us when we have those relationships. People who would receive our partners with open arms and will make sure they are safe from prying eyes, media and stalkers.”
“Staff, family…” Taehyung counted with his fingers. “Probably other celebrities? I know my friends wouldn’t betray me and share my private life to a magazine.”
“And that’s why they are good friends.” Jin agreed. “They will invite you and you girlfriend to parties, and will make sure no one there has bad intentions, but it will give you two some sense of normalcy.”
Jimin thought about his friends, out of the group, who would be that safe place for him as well. Maybe not all of them, but there were some who would receive his future boyfriend with open arms and would never make them feel insecure. He imagined they would invite him to boardgames nights, to know his boyfriend more intimately. They would add him to a stupid group chat to tell embarrassing stories of Jimin for sure.
“We are that people as well.” Jungkook chimed in. “If you ever have a girlfriend or boyfriend, know that I’ll do my best to make them feel welcomed and not like a secret. I’ll protect them, for you.”
Everyone smiled endeared by their youngest, who was growing so much and quickly. Gone was the little kid who repeated only what the older were saying, instead coming up with his own statements, each of them molding him into the future man he was starting to become. Jimin knew, undoubtedly, that Jungkook was going to be an amazing person.
“Me too.” Taehyung raised his hand, sticky for the strawberry ice cream, to the air as if he needed it to be seen. “I promise I’ll take care of your partners as well.”
“We need supportive friends, not nannies.” Yoongi said sarcastically, but Taehyung whined.
“Hyung!”
“Alright, alright.” Yoongi shook his hands in front of him as if dispersing his previous comment. “I also promise. I’ll be welcoming to your partners.”
“No sarcastic.” Taehyung pouted. “They might not understand you humor as well as Jimin does.”
Jimin stared at his soulmate, confused about being brought up, but they were not looking at him. Taehyung held Yoongi’s gaze, until the older looked somewhere else.
“Yeah, yeah. I won’t be sarcastic with them.”
“Until they understand your personality.” Jimin added. “It goes both ways, I won’t ever date anyone that isn’t willing to understand you all. You are my best friends, and my future boyfriend will need to embrace all of you and your weird kicks.”
It was impossible for him to imagine having a boyfriend who didn’t like Namjoon’s long philosophical rants, or didn’t understand Jin’s weird humor, Hoseok’s loud laughter, Yoongi’s fake indifference, Taehyung’s weird language or Jungkook’s extreme burst of energy. He thought that having someone talk badly about his members could be a deal breaker.
He wasn’t ashamed of thinking that. His members were his family. It would be the same as if his future partner confessed he didn’t like his younger brother or made fun of his dad. Jimin was loyal to his members before anything else.
“Let’s make a promise then, here and now.” Jungkook slid to the center of the fort and raised his hand in front of him. “Let’s promise to be a safe place to our future girlfriends or boyfriends, and to never date anyone that will tear us apart.”
“That’s a difficult promise.” Jin laughed but he raised his arm, resting his hand over Jungkook's.
“I know we might not be able to control it, but we can try, right?”
“Yeah, we can.” Jimin was sure of it. He raised his hand and placed it under Jin’s.
“Promise you will let me hold your babies any time I want.” Taehyung added, smiling brightly and placing his hand at the top.
Namjoon shook his head laughing, adding his hand to the pile. “We said nothing about babies. That’s like, a whole other thing.”
“Although, they are related I guess.” Hobi said, sitting with his legs crossed to place his hand over Namjoon’s. “At some point, one of us might have a baby. I don’t know about you, but I’ll protect that little tannie with my heart.”
Jimin felt tears pooling in his eyes. He didn’t know what the future had in store for him, if he ever was going to have a little baby to bring to the backstage of their concerts, but he was happy to know he would have his friends to help him make sure nothing bad would happen to them. He too, would protect their children with his life.
“It’s not even a question.” Yoongi shook his head. “I promise, to all of what you said.”
Jimin was about to give him shit, for not saying the cheesy things as the rest were doing, but then Yoongi put in his hand at the bottom of the pile and Jimin decided to remain silent. He exchanged a look with Yoongi, who was already looking at him and Jimin felt tingling right where their hands touched.
He didn’t know what to make out of his hyung action. Maybe he could ask, later.
They had a life in front of them.
“It’s a promise then.” Namjoon declared, using his leader voice and Jimin smiled, turning to see each of his family. “Bangtan Bangtan!”
“Bangtan Bangtan!” The rest shouted and the promise was sealed.

Present Day
People were screaming and Jimin’s nervousness disappeared. People often asked him if he got nervous going up on stage, and the answer was that he didn’t. How could he when he was going home?
He grabbed his microphone and walked to the stage, blinded just for a moment by the spotlights, color washes and strobe lights. He could hear the screams of ARMY even while wearing the in-ear piece, that was supposed to drown them out so he could hear the music, but he didn’t mind. He loved to hear them. He missed them.
Yoongi was far away on the stage, as Jimin started singing, hyping up the crowd to receive Jimin in his own concert. Jimin sang the lyrics with all the passion he could muster, knowing that their fans had waited for so long to hear them sing together again. Knowing it was the last time, in a long time, he was going to sing with the love of his life on a stage.
Yoongi looked incredible. He looked like he belonged on stage, singing, raping and flirting with the public. Jimin was obsessed with Yoongi performing on his tour, always trying to join a venue to see him. Now, joining him on stage he felt electric, and just as the song said, he felt he had the world in his hands. After all, all he ever loved was inside that concert hall.
Later, when he rewatched the performance through videos, he would feel embarrassed about how big he was smiling during the song, although he was supposed to be acting badass to fit the song. But at that moment, he couldn’t suppress the happiness inside of his body.
They finished the song, and Jimin and Yoongi locked eyes as the fans screamed. If only they could stop time, Jimin thought. He knew this moment would replay inside his brain on the nights he missed Yoongi the most, just the two of them together in a sea of people who were happy to see them together.
Yoongi walked closer to Jimin and pulled him into a brief hug. Jimin smiled into the hug, wanting to stay closer to his lover but the next song started, and he brought the microphone to his mouth to start a song none of their fans knew. It was their song, the one that was going to be released fully until both were in the military.
“Movies and songs
They got it so right
Like they spied on my heart
Before I saw the light
Love was just a word
Something I didn’t believe
Until you said it to me
How naïve I used to be”
Jimin started the song, pouring all of his feeling on the melody. The fans all quieted down, realizing they were getting a new song something they never heard before. Jimin felt himself shake, holding the microphone with both hands to hide it. He only had one opportunity to show the whole world how much the song meant to him.
“I’ve never been in love
Never kissed beneath the stars
Never whispered to the night
A name in particular
I’ve never been in love
Till you made me see
What this feeling could be”
Yoongi circled him, as he was singing. His feline eyes stuck on Jimin as if he was the only person inside the venue. Jimin felt confident thanks to that, singing just as sweet as he did the night Yoongi played it to him on the piano. Singing to Yoongi all the feelings he kept inside.
As he finished the chorus, Yoongi raised his microphone to his mouth and keeping his eyes on Jimin, he rapped his verse.
“Yeah, thought I was safe with these walls around,
But you tore 'em down, never made a sound.
Took a leap of faith, now I’m sky-bound,
Didn’t know love could be this profound.
Lost in the waves, but you showed me the shore,
Now I see what I’ve been lookin' for.
You flipped my world, rewrote my story,
Gave me the light, now I bask in the glory.”
Jimin’s heart was beating at the same beat of the music, almost forgetting he was supposed to sing some adlibs to Yoongi’s verse. He just loved to hear Yoongi. The song was already on his night playlist, although he had to hear it through the files of his phone because it wasn’t released yet.
Jimin sang the chorus one more time, as he walked up the stage, Yoongi following closely behind. He tried to look at the fans, almost as if wanting them to understand the meaning behind the words. Defying them to read in between lines. He was sure some would and would be called crazy by their peers. He almost felt bad for them.
Then, Yoongi slid a hand over Jimin’s arm demanding his attention and the singer almost faltered with the last notes. He hoped the feeling of electricity when Yoongi touched him would never disappear. Yoongi grabbed his hand and pressed on it softly before starting his next verse.
“Now every moment’s like a melody,
Living in this love, got no remedy.
Used to hide it in a box, didn’t wanna feel,
Now I’m deep in it, and it’s all so real.
From the late-night talks to the fights and the scars,
You were my compass, leading through the stars.
Never thought I’d fall, never thought I’d land,
But here I am, holding your hand.”
Later, Jimin would find that they were trending with that last line and the video of Yoongi holding his hand. Later, Jimin would post the moment on his Instagram, keeping the moment frozen in time. Later, Jimin would find Yoongi’s background was of that moment, where Jimin looked at him with love pouring from his eyes, as Yoongi sang to him.
“I’ve never been in love
What a joke that was”
Jimin sang, ready to finish the song. Ready to face whatever came next.
“Years ago you made me fall
And just now I’m learning to trust”
Yoongi continued, and his singing improved so much since their debut days, his voice low but sure, showing passion with every word. Jimin felt pride fill his heart, knowing he had been there watching him get better every single year. Countless nights singing together in the studio, perfecting their voices. Always inspiring each other.
“I’ve never been in love
With someone other than you”
They both finished, as the roar of ARMY drowned them. Yoongi smiled triumphal, finally fulfilling a promise he made years ago about making a song for Jimin. The singer laughed, the adrenaline cursing through his veins strong enough to push him towards Yoongi to wrap him in a tight hug, the one Yoongi returned just as tight. Jimin knew if they were alone, Yoongi would kiss his head or his forehead.
Instead, Yoongi stopped the hug and left the scenario without looking back. Jimin stared at him for some seconds, marvelled by how nonchalant his boyfriend was even after pouring his heart in a song dedicated to him. He laughed into the mic and called him out to their fans who all laughed with him. This was what he meant. Every time he stood in a scenario, he felt like he was surrounded by his family.
He shook all the emotions he had and prepared to sing Like Crazy.

Yoongi ended the live, sooner than what he was supposed to be streaming for, insisting he was tired, and he needed rest. He could see the messages from his staff asking why he was ending earlier, if he needed some medicine or something. Yoongi sent them a quick ‘I’m good. Don’t come to my room. I’d like to sleep earlier’ and then turned the phone off.
Jimin was looking at him smirking.
It had been a torture to remain civil during the live, when Jimin looked gorgeous sitting next to him, wearing a shirt of his own merch and playing with his lips during the whole time. Yoongi had been close to throw caution to the wind and kiss him in front of all the viewers.
He had been close to kissing him during the concert as well, but he conformed himself with kissing the boy breathlessly backstage, holding his hips against a wall as Jimin moaned softly ‘Not here, hyung’. Yoongi knew they didn’t have time for more, but Jimin’s outfit was driving him insane, the pants so tight he could feel him even through the fabric.
He had been so patient, the whole night. He couldn’t spend one more minute on the live. He would make it up to his fans in the next live.
“Are you really so tired?” Jimin asked, mischief lacing his voice. “Poor hyung, I better leave and let you rest then.”
Jimin started to move towards the door, and Yoongi grabbed his hand pulling him towards him. Jimin giggled, delighted any time Yoongi was a little bit possessive over him. Yoongi found out that some weeks ago and he was abusing that power at any chance he had.
“Oh? You don’t want me to leave?” Jimin asked.
“Why would I want something so stupid?”
“I don’t know. You want weird things all the time.” His boyfriend said, not giving in just yet. Jimin liked to play hard to get. “Like sleeping on your studio instead of coming to my house.”
“It was one time, and I was sick.”
“Or going out to eat with Jungkookie instead of taking me out on a date.”
“We were discussing our Burn It performance.”
“Or-“
Yoongi didn’t let him finish and grabbed Jimin’s nape to pull him into a kiss. He had been so patient all day, and he just wanted to kiss his boyfriend. Jimin moaned against his lips, pressing them hard with his tongue, looking for a space to slip through. His hands quickly went to tightly grip Yoongi's sweatshirt, crumpling up the material leaving no doubt how much he was longing for him, although he had tried to tease Yoongi.
Yoongi couldn't wait anymore either. He raised his hands to cup Jimin’s cheeks, who seemed unwilling to stop pressing against his lips. Yoongi closed his eyes and opened his mouth to welcome the demanding tongue that needed to enter and seemed to want to get down his throat.
At Yoongi's positive response, Jimin moaned even more and in one go, removed Yoongi’s sweatshirt, stopping only to get rid of the fabric between them. Unstoppable, Jimin ran his hands over Yoongi's torso and sweaty back. He didn’t have time to shower extensively after the concert.
“Hmm, you seem eager.” It was time for Yoongi to tease. “Weren’t you just leaving?”
Jimin pulled away for a moment, looking Yoongi in the eye, still moving his hands until he reached his pink nipples.
"Why would I want something so stupid?” his boyfriend declared, repeating Yoongi’s own words and Yoongi laughed kissing his mouth again.
Yoongi gasped on the kiss as Jimin's fingers pinched his already stiff nipples. He had an idea for how the night was going to end, having been so turned on during the concert, but Jimin was acting even more demandingly. He figured, tonight, he was at the mercy of Park Jimin. And wasn’t that wonderful? He could go on his knees and thank any God that allowed him to be in this situation.
Jimin tilted his head and dug his teeth into Yoongi's neck, causing him to bend back from how good he felt. Gusts of pleasure ran through his entire body, giving him goosebumps. He felt Jimin's hands caress his bare chest, his fingers traveling to his lower region, his movements wandering toward the belt clasp.
While still nibbling and kissing the sensitive skin on his neck, Jimin managed to open Yoongi's pants. He felt the rough fabric slide down his legs, anticipation making his blood boil. Jimin's hands were tucked under his underwear and promptly and efficiently sent them to keep the previous garment company.
"My... my shoes, Jimin." Yoongi gasped, breathing heavily, Jimin's bites making him see stars under his eyelids.
"I'll take care of it hyung." The singer replied between kisses and bites.
He broke away from Yoongi and pushed him until he fell to the hotel bed. Breathing heavily, sweat dripping down his temple, Yoongi could look at his own erection almost stuck to his belly, and vaguely wondered if he had been hard since he saw Jimin walk to the stage to sing with him.
Jimin, standing in front of him, let his eyes wander all over his body, as Yoongi did the same. He couldn’t believe he had this man, this gorgeous man ready to make love to him. He was, really, really lucky. He hoped Jimin wouldn’t remove the merch shirt. It turned him on, to see him sporting his name so proudly.
“Tell me what are you thinking.” Yoongi told him. Ever since their stupid miscommunication, he was paranoid about knowing what was really going through the other’s head.
Jimin's eager gaze lingered on Yoongi's erection, and Yoongi watched him lick his lips. God, Yoongi was going to melt.
“I think that you look the hottest after performing on a sold-out show.” His boyfriend admitted. “And I think I want to suck you, like I wanted backstage.”
Jimin dropped to his knees and removed Yoongi's shoes and, subsequently, his pants and underwear. As if starving for him, Jimin immediately opened Yoongi's legs and positioned himself between them, running his hands down his thighs as gently as if they were made of glass and dropping his head straight into his crotch.
Yoongi groaned and raised his hips as Jimin's entire mouth devoured his erection. Jimin's lips tightened around the base of his erection forming an incredibly tight ring. Yoongi stopped thinking and almost breathing.
Slowly, Jimin withdrew his mouth, moving his tongue quickly and scraping lightly with his teeth. Yoongi, amazed not for the first time by Jimin’s expertise, opened his eyes to fill his pupil with the image of Jimin's head on his bare lap, with his reddened plump lips surrounding his swollen erection and his crescent eyes fixed on him.
"You’re gorgeous.” he muttered; his voice rough from singing for almost two hours.
He felt Jimin’s hands traveling from his thighs to his hips, tucking under them and grabbing him by his butt. And then, with a single, strong, precise impulse, Jimin pulled Yoongi forward, moving him until his butt rested almost at the edge of the mattress, letting his legs fall from the bed.
"Jimin." Yoongi complained. Jimin's mouth was still slipping down the entire length of his member and that, fuck, made any discomfort worth it.
His hips, completely supported by Jimin's strong hands, did not stop moving to the rhythm of the blowjob. Yoongi's legs, wide open, began to tingle and he groaned, preparing for the obvious and brutal orgasm that was coming.
But Jimin dipped a saliva-soaked finger inside his entrance, and the pain and surprise of the intrusion caused Yoongi to regress in the imminence of his climax.
Yoongi groaned with both pleasure and annoyance. But Jimin's finger, skilled in its search, soon found a free way to his prostate and began to caress it frenziedly. That, plus Jimin's tongue and lips on his member were going to drive him crazy, no doubt.
Soon, that finger turned into two... and almost immediately, into three. Entering and leaving his opening, Yoongi perceived them caressing him and helping him relax, causing him the indescribable sensations that were so familiar to him and that he adored. Ever since the first time the two of them had sex, he had loved to be at Jimin’s mercy.
Slowly, Jimin withdrew his fingers as he gave his member a particularly vicious sucking, and Yoongi gasped from the combination of sensations.
"Ready, love?" He heard Jimin ask him right after taking his mouth off him.
Yoongi opened his eyes and watched Jimin's flushed face, his own erection glistening from Jimin's saliva and the other's arms moving frantically as he unbuttoned his pants.
In a flash, Jimin took off his pants, underwear and shoes. Yoongi panicked.
“Don’t take your shirt off.” He begged, and Jimin smirked.
He placed himself between Yoongi's legs again and, holding them by the inside of his thighs, lifted them above his hips. “And why is that?”
Yoongi watched, licking his lips at the image that was Park Jimin naked except for the Agust D shirt. Perhaps he would have been a little embarrassed, but Jimin's lascivious look gave no room for such a thing. Jimin liked to show he was his as well, there was no doubt, and that made him feel quite flattered and sure of himself.
“I love how my name looks on you.”
“I’ll wear it every day.” Jimin promised, and Yoongi believed him. “At the dance studio, at the gym, on my bed. Because I’m yours.”
Yoongi opened his mouth in a mute gasp. He wasn’t territorial, God damn it, but he loved the way Jimin loved him.
"I love you.” He managed to say, never tired of saying it. “Jimin, make me remember this night forever.”
Yoongi closed his eyes when he felt the tip of Jimin's erection penetrate a little inside him. He did his best to relax and so, little by little, the thick member of his boyfriend made his entrance a temporary home.
"Oh, my God." Yoongi gasped. The feeling was always so good, he had never felt like that with his past partners. Maybe that was what being in love was all about.
The pleasure was immense, he felt the way his own erection responded by twitching, ready to cum. Jimin lifted Yoongi's legs even higher to rest his calves on his shoulders, and suddenly leaned over Yoongi, resting all his weight and causing his erection to plunge into Yoongi's ass deeper.
Yoongi groaned for a long time. His own thighs on his chest, Jimin's heavy, sweaty body on top of him.
“Imagine how harder I’ll fuck you when I’m done with the military.” Jimin managed to say between gasps.
Yoongi groaned. He hated the subject so much, knowing they were going to be apart for a long time. But he loved the idea of a buff Jimin returning to him, stronger than even now to use him for his own pleasure.
"Fuck.” Yoongi gasped. “I can’t wait-Fuck you feel so good, love, fuck.”
Jimin rested his hands on the mattress, and in that way, he pushed himself to lift his hips, causing his member to slide off Yoongi's ass almost to the point of coming out completely.
Yoongi had no idea if Jimin was kneeling on the bed or if he was still standing. He didn't know or care, as long as he continued to get in and out of him like that, pushing him fervently against the sheets, brushing against his sensitive prostate, driving him crazy. Making him almost cry because of how good he felt, how incredible it was to see his lover lost in pleasure.
Bringing one arm back, Yoongi leaned on the bed as best he could, and his other hand automatically went towards his erection.
"Oh yes, touch yourself." Jimin muttered as Yoongi began to caress himself, trying to keep up with the strong thrusts Jimin was giving him. “You should see yourself... You are so pretty and pink… your cock... God, Yoongi... I love you.”
As if that was what Jimin was waiting for, he increased the speed and force of his penetrations, making Yoongi moan loudly as he was hopelessly dragged into the best orgasm of his life as Jimin nailed it again and again and he stroked himself until he exploded and soaked his chest and Jimin's with his slimy essence.
Jimin groaned sweetly almost as if he was singing, causing Yoongi to open his eyes and, still in the mists of his fabulous release, he could appreciate the look of fascinating pleasure that Park Jimin had on his face. He wanted to record him like that, to make his next song.
Mouth open in ecstasy, Jimin’s body stopped. Yoongi could feel the way Jimin exploded inside him, and the mere thought made him moan and twist his body.
Jimin finished and fell completely on top of Yoongi, burying his face in the crook of his neck, and Yoongi considered giving him some time to recover before getting up and moving higher on the bed. The position had been hot, but he was exhausted and no longer in his twenties. He was going to hurt beautifully the next day.
Yoongi brought one of his hands under Jimin’s shirt and slid his fingers over his sweat-covered skin, tracing the moons he memorized on his skin.
"Hyung." Jimin began, and Yoongi hummed letting him know he was listening. "Do you think you would’ve fallen for any of the other members, if they had helped you with the experiment?"
Yoongi tensed, stopping his movements. He actually thought about it, on the nights his brain was loud and against him. He said he loved all his members, and that’s why he knew they would be good options to try his experiment, but-
“Do you think I would fall for Namjoon’s ability to break everything near him?” He shook his head. “Or Taehyung’s and Hobi’s loud extrovert’s side? I would die going to an event with them. Or worse, Jin and Jungkook’s three-year-old fights?”
Jimin's body vibrated, and Yoongi knew he was laughing.
"Don’t mock them. I know you love them." Jimin muttered over the skin of Yoongi's neck. The latter felt him place a kiss there before he continued talking. “They love you as well. I don’t think they could’ve been immune to your charms.”
Yoongi paused his caressing before sitting up pushing Jimin out of his body to see him in the eye.
"I love them. I’ll fight whoever is necessary to protect them. But I don’t love them as you.”
Jimin swallowed, but he had a timid smile decorating his face.
“The experiment would’ve been a failure if it was with anyone else other than you, just as I failed to fall for other people before you.” Yoongi assured him, cupping his face in his hand. “Because I was already in love with you. Probably since the day you taught me to dance late at night in that park. It’s always been you.”
And maybe he would spend the rest of his life making sure the younger remembered it. It didn’t matter if he had to write a hundred songs dedicated to him. Park Jimin was worth it.
Jimin giggled and leaned over to kiss him on the lips.
"It’s always been you as well.” Jimin confessed and Yoongi felt like floating. “It will always be you.”
As Yoongi made love to his boyfriend one more time, later that night, he couldn’t stop thinking he and Jimin were a hell of scientist for succeeding in their first experiment. He was excited to know what else could he and Jimin do. Together.
The end.
