Chapter Text
6 years later
Dean had his hand wrapped in Castiel hair as the Omega licked his way up Dean's chest, leaving a trail of wet kisses. The room was filled with the sound of their breathing and the scent of their arousal, and Castiel settled on Dean's thighs.
“My Alpha,” Castiel murmured, nibbing at the scar on Dean's neck as Dean ran his fingers around Castiel's leaking hole. Dean's cock hardened as he watched Castiel's eyes darken with desire. He knew what his Omega wanted, and he was more than happy to oblige. With a low growl, Dean pushed Castiel onto his back and buried his face between his legs, eager to taste the sweet nectar that awaited him.
Dean's own arousal was almost unbearable as he continued to pleasure Castiel, his own need for release growing impatient. As he moved up to take Castiel's length into his mouth, he could feel the Omega's body arching beneath him, pushing his cock further into Dean's mouth.
Dean was determined to make Castiel scream his name and feel the pleasure he deserved. He increased the pace, taking Castiel deeper into his mouth, until he finally felt the Omega's body tense and release, spilling into his mouth. He kept sucking until Castiel tugged at his hair, and he pulled off. placing a kiss to the softened tip.
With a satisfied smirk, Dean crawled up to kiss Castiel deeply, and Castiel licked into his mouth, moaning at the taste of himself on Dean's tongue.
Before Dean knew what was happening, Castiel flipped them and sank down on Dean's cock. Dean gasped in pleasure, his hands gripping Castiel's hips as he thrust up into him. The sensation was overwhelming, and Dean knew he wouldn't last long with Castiel riding him like this. His knot popped, and Castiel clenched around him, pulling him into a mind-blowing orgasm. Dean bit down on Castiel's mating bite, renewing the mark, and Castiel did the same. The action pulled another gut punching orgasm from them both.
“Thank God Jack sleeps like the dead.” Dean said, brushing the hair off Castiel's sweaty forehead
“It's a relief, that's for sure.” Castiel nodded weakly, his breathing still labored. "I'm just glad we finished what we started earlier." he whispered, his eyes closing in exhaustion.
Dean's knot deflated, and he swiftly cleaned them both with the drawer's wet wipes before drawing the Omega to his chest as they lay down on the bed, Dean kissing the mating bite as they both fell asleep.

Everyone was sitting on Sam and Eileen's back deck, enjoying the warm summer breeze. Eileen and Adam were sipping on ice-cold lemonade while the Alphas were drinking and cooking the hot dogs and hamburgers on the grill.
Dean handed Castiel another beer, and kissed him on the cheek before joining the others and the sound of laughter and friendly chatter filled the air, creating a joyful atmosphere that made everyone feel at ease.
“Uncle Cas!” A shrill voice screamed across the backyard. The adults looked at each other before looking over at Castiel and the Omega handed Eileen the small pup that was resting on his lap and walked down the steps.
"What's going on, Mary?" he asked, crouching down to be at eye level with his niece. Mary looked at him with tears threatening to spill over. The last thing that they need is for the five year old to have one of her epic meltdowns.
"Eli won't share with me, and Jack's being mean!"
“Oi Jack, quit being a little shit!” Dean's voice yelled across the yard to where the boys were playing. Castiel turned his head towards Dean and gave him a disapproving look, and Dean shrugged, turning back to the grill.
Castiel gently wiped away her tears and said, “I understand that it can be frustrating when someone doesn't share with you. But let's try to find a solution together so that everyone can have fun. How does that sound?”
Mary sniffed and nodded as Castiel stood up and held his hand out. “I know for a fact that Uncle Dean just restocked the arts and crafts box."
Mary wiped away her tears and took Castiel's hand. "That sounds great, thank you," she said with a small smile. “Maybe we can make some decorations for the party?”
Castiel nodded and led her back toward the house. “That sounds like an excellent idea. Do you think Sarah would like that?”
Mary's face lit up at the mention of her little sister's name. “Oh yes! She would!” Mary yelled, and she ran up the back steps and ran into the house.
Eileen signed thank you to Castiel, and he nodded.
“Chow time,” Dean called out, and everyone gathered around the table and started to serve themselves, passing the dishes around and chatting about Sarah's first birthday party the following weekend.
Dean looked at Castiel and noticed he was already looking at him. Dean smiled at Castiel and asked, "What do you think about the party? Should we get a cake or cupcakes?" Castiel nodded and replied, "I think cupcakes would be a better idea."
“I dunno, better ask her parents what they want.” Sam said, and Dean threw a hot dog sausage at him.
“If our niece wants cupcakes, we are getting cupcakes."
“She's a year old Dean, she doesn't even talk yet.” Adam said across the table, his hand on the ever present baby bump. Michael leaned across and kissed his cheek, then rested his hand on Adam's stomach.
“Don't ever argue with the uncles. You'll never win.”
Adam grabbed his daughter from Eileen and lifted her in the air. Adam smiled and nodded in agreement, then tickled his daughter as she giggled with delight.
Dean watched the interaction with a smile on his face, his eyes drifting over to where his son was sitting, smiling with a mouthful of food.
But now, as he looked over at his Omega, his son, and his family that sat around the table, he knew that he was the luckiest Alpha in the world. Parenthood had been the best decision he had ever made. Dean felt a sense of contentment and fulfillment wash over him as he realized that he had everything he ever wanted in life.
If someone had told him years ago that even after having a vasectomy, he was able to have the family that he'd always wanted, he wouldn't have believed them.
Sometimes, things just fall together in the right way.
