Work Text:
Three weeks after Elliot dies, Olivia puts on her rattiest sneakers and drives out to Queens. She's never mowed a lawn before, but when she's done, Kathy brings her lemonade and laughs as she picks grass out of her hair.
She rakes leaves in the fall, great big piles the twins beg her to toss them into. They laugh like their mother and she doesn't want to stop.
At Christmas, the house twinkles with lights she hung.
Kathy kisses her on New Year's, giggly from cheap champagne, and when Valentine's comes around, the gift Olivia picks out bears her name.
