Summary
26 year-old Vegeta Yonsei lived his life being the 'weird' one. People are afraid of him because of his intimidating looks, aside from that, he seemingly possessed superhuman abilities.
All he wanted was to live his life like how normal people do, completely unaware about his alien origins.
He lives with his uncle Nappa, Them and their friend, Bardock's family, owned a fried chicken restaurant in downtown West City. In his desperation to have a better life, he studied hard in his hopes to be employed into a nice company where he could have a big salary. However, due to his lack of social skills, intimidating looks, and superhuman strength, either he fails or doesn't last long in his jobs.
One day, he got involved in a hostage-taking scene where he unwillingly displayed his superhuman strength. There he would meet the heiress of the Capsule Corporation, Bulma Briefs, who saw everything he did. She was looking for a bodyguard because her previous one was killed due to her life being threatened by constant death threats. Knowing about his supernatural strength, Bulma offered him a job to be her bodyguard.
