In case this is impenetrable to those who haven't seen the film, Neptune Frost is a Rwandan-French-Canadian-American cyberpunk musical fever dream about a trans or nonbinary or intersex character who grows into themself while helping to literally power an uprising against a police state in Burundi. The character is played by an actor in the first half and an actress in the second. eruthros has recommendations and warnings here.
This vid rearranges several narrative elements and does not depict the ending of the movie.
Lyrics translated from Kinyarwanda via Google and the movie's subtitles:
"National Development"
Death surrounds us
The worker pays the price, it seems
Metal precious currency
Third- and First-world currency
Black market currency
Drum beat, heart beat currency
That old Black-bodied currency
Every martyr, currency
All that you pay not to see
