Summary
They were so good, the two of them. So comfortable, so loving, so alarmingly perfect. Even in their worst moments, Porsche had never encountered a version of them he couldn’t handle, that made him want to turn away.
But he also hated feeling trapped, hated feeling invisible. It wasn’t fair to say they treated Porsche like a thing, a possession, but that’s what it had felt like. Tay and Kinn had grown up owning the world they lived in, and Porsche refused to be just one more thing they could buy.
All of which was really difficult to remember, when he was looking at Kinn’s black car from his bedroom window, parked across the street in a shadowed location Kinn probably considered discreet.
Tay and Kinn are wealthy omegas, Porsche is the alpha they're trying to draw into their orbit. After things went disastrously wrong last time, Kinn hopes to make amends, but of course Nothing Goes According to Plan.
