Work Text:
‘Wednesday Addams – my Sweet Beauty’ Xavier thought. He couldn’t understand – for the life of him, he just could not understand. What was it about the Hyde that attracted her so much. Why, oh why was she so interested in him? Xavier clearly saw it – she did things with him that she never did with others, and he couldn’t understand why.
Tyler was the only one who was able to elicit a smile out of her; of course, he’d seen her small smile, the meek ‘eh yeah, that was a good amount of painful torture’ smile that she gifted Enid or him. Eugene had a separate smile, a little bit bigger as she essentially took the young bee boy under her wing – terrifying anyone who even thought about bullying the young kid.
That was why he didn’t understand – she had a soft heart, but she actively tried to hide it. The irrational part of him wanted to blame Tyler but he knew that they hadn’t met until she started at Nevermore; way after she’d been kicked out of numerous schools – after the incident with the piranhas. He knew that he was being naive in thinking she didn’t have a dark side – her entire being called to a dark side that even the sun couldn’t fill with light. The paintings he did of her; the black and white portraits that embodied her in a softness that only he could see. He knew it was there; he had seen those flashes of emotion in the presence of Eugene or Enid, never around him though. These emotions became blinding whenever she was with Tyler, but it wasn’t even just around him; it was only to him. It was as though everyone else disappeared. Sure, she kept the conversation going, or rather she occasionally chirped into the conversation that was going on around her – all while she leaned into Tyler’s touch, getting more handsy as their relationship progressed.
The days turned into weeks, each hour ticking by painfully as Xavier was forced to watch Wednesday and Tyler’s relationship turn into something that most would describe as being larger than life; a gothic romance that most could only dream of – some of his more romantic peers called their relationship a true fairytale. Xavier couldn’t help but scoff at his classmates – were they just that willing to overlook the fact that Tyler was a murderer; Xavier knew he was being controlled but that didn’t mean he didn’t think he enjoyed it a little bit. That stupid little smirk that Xavier wished he had the strength to punch off him, though not without being rewarded with a broken hand/wrist. He abhorred the way that Hyde and Wednesday would lean so close to each other and just whisper back and forth; their voices so low that no one could hear them, but it was their eyes that gave the topic away. The pure adoration and hazy lustful gazes that could very nearly resemble fucking in public, it was downright indecent, and it made Xavier’s fists clench at his sides.
Before he knew it, it was Outreach Day once again. Galpin was somehow miraculously able to keep his job at the Weathervane after everything, even though he now attended Nevermore while supposedly learning to get his Hyde under control. Bullshit. Just another blatant show of nepotism – Xavier clearly forgetting just who his father was and how it influenced his own life. The only thing that really made it worth it was the fact that he and Wednesday seemed to be paired together; he noticed the placement had her lips curling in a sneer – well that hurt. He seriously thought they’d be on slightly better terms since last year but if anything, she decided he wasn’t even worthy of being considered a friend. Xavier couldn’t help but stare at Wednesday as they prepared to board the bus to Jericho, his face almost as impassive as hers in hopes she’d notice. It wasn’t her attention that he received though. Xavier felt a prickling at the base of his neck where the hairs started to stand up – flight instinct activated. Turning his eyes away from his gothic beauty, he found himself staring into a pair of yellow ringed hazel eyes. A sarcastic smile lit up Tyler’s face while amusement danced in his eyes. Xavier noticed his lips move slightly and his eyes flickered down to Wednesday before his eyes once again locked on Xavier as he blatantly wrapped an arm around Wednesday’s waist. Xavier’s fists curled at his sides again, his own eyes going back to search Wednesday’s face, jumping when he realized that she was staring directly at him as well and that she slowly – oh so slowly – reached her right hand out and laced her fingers through his at her waist.
Xavier turned away, anger and shame rushing through him. Climbing on the bus, he chose a seat at the front prior to staring out the window. A presence made itself known next to him. Xavier chose to ignore it, knowing exactly who it was by just their sheer presence. She cleared her throat and Xavier continued to look out the window.
“Xavier, look at me” She asked, her voice full of annoyance.
Rolling his eyes Xavier mumbled “Are you asking me or singing to me” causing Bianca to let out a huff of indignation.
“Asking. Though also telling, I suppose” she snapped at him. Bianca was so over the way he treated her – playing the martyr in everything. She forgot to put on her necklace ONE day and all of a sudden the whole relationship was a lie but Wednesday Addams shows up, is completely uninterested in him and treats him like shit, but he can’t get enough. She wasn’t going to lie, she’s come to like the goth and even the Hyde. They were honestly perfect for each other – a true fairytale that nearly everyone wanted. Who wouldn’t want a love so passionate that they would give themselves over for the other? Tyler would throw himself in harms way if he knew Addams would be safe – and Addams would cut the throat of anyone who dared bring harm to her beast before feeding their corpse to him; nothing more romantic than that.
“What do you want” Xavier finally responded, turning his body towards her so his back could rest on the window behind him. Of course at this exact moment was when his beauty boarded the bus followed by Tyler – he lost sight of them as they walked closer to the back; together of course.
“You need to stop, Xavier. It’s pathetic” Bianca said with a hint of empathy in her voice. She as Xavier couldn’t understand why Wednesday was enamored with Tyler, she couldn’t understand why Xavier was clearly interested in a girl that had absolutely zero interest in him, especially since she was clearly interested in and in a relationship with someone else, someone who could and would clearly KILL him.
“You don’t know what you’re talking about. There isn’t anything to stop” Xavier denied, his voice pitching a little high as obviously lied to the siren, her eyebrow rising in challenge.
“Oh really. Is that the story you intend on going with? Forget the fact that you have permanent indents in your palms from where you clench your fists? Or the fact that your eyes very nearly follow them wherever they go! Xavier, it’s almost stalking!” Bianca was exasperated – she liked Wednesday now and all she wanted was the girl to be happy; continue to be her rival in terms of fencing and the Poe Cup but still happy! She knew that the pair enjoyed torturing Xavier the longer his crush continued to fester like an open wound – they enjoyed causing the winces as he wouldn’t let his eyes leave them but in the end, she knew they wanted it to stop. The attention made Wednesday more uncomfortable than she would ever admit; in fact it was Tyler that cornered her and asked her to speak to Xavier right now. He would have but he didn’t think that he would be able to without going off – and while Wednesday didn’t consider Xavier a friend, she didn’t want Tyler attacking him as he’d be kicked out of school and carted off to jail before anyone could blink. She continued with her voice soft “look…just leave them alone. Wednesday is happy and if you really cared for her, you’d want her to be happy.” Bianca paused for a moment, taking a deep breath to stare him in the eye, “just like how I want YOU to be happy Xavier”.
Xavier breathed in quickly through his teeth, his eyes flashing as different emotions ran through him. The sane part of him knew that Bianca was right and that he needed to let this obsession go but the irrational part of him screamed that Wednesday was in danger and that Tyler was still playing her; that he didn’t deserve her and that it was him making her darker. “Bianca, I really don’t need relationship advice from you” Xavier ground out – Bianca could only blink at him.
“Relationship?” She questioned, “There is no relationship! You’re essentially stalking her, Xavier! Don’t think I don’t know about all the portraits of her. It’s creepy.”
“She’ll realize soon that he isn’t good enough for her and I’ll be the one there to pick up the pieces of her broken heart” Xavier said with enough emotion behind his voice that it had Bianca flinching with wide eyes.
“Something is really wrong with you, Xavier. You’ve changed and it is far from a good way. You’re obsessive over someone you have no right to obsessive over. Get over it before you lose everyone of your friends – none of us like where your obsession is going” Bianca choked out before she stood and switched seats to the back of the bus near Tyler and Wednesday.
“B, you alright” Tyler questioned from his spot next to Wednesday – she was easily able to squeeze into the bus seat with them as Wednesday was perched right on Tyler’s lap with her head on his shoulder. Bianca looked at them, she clenched her right fist to try and stop it from shaking. “I can almost smell your fear, Bianca. What happened” Tyler growled out – Bianca and him may not have been the best of friends but they respected each other, and she knew that he would have her back through anything; after all, any friend of Wednesday’s was a friend of his. Couple shit and all that.
“He’s not going to stop, Tyler. He’s obsessed with you, Wen” Bianca said, she was honestly terrified of what was going though the young warlock’s mind – it was almost as though he had lost his mind to his obsession.
Wednesday tensed in Tyler’s arms to which he tightened his grip on her and pressed a kiss to her head while she pushed her face into his neck, breathing in his scent to calm her now racing heart. She wasn’t exactly afraid of Xavier, she could kill him, skin him and be done with it in a few minutes – she just abhorred the idea of someone being as obsessed about her person as he was. Tyler was different – Tyler was hers and she was his, they were allowed to be obsessed about each other.
A low growl rumbled out from Tyler, his eyes flashing from his hazel to full on yellow indicating that his Hyde was taking over – no one threatened what was his; words didn’t have to be used, Wednesday was uncomfortable with the young warlock’s level of attention/affection, and he was going to put an end to it. “Thanks for trying, B. I appreciate it” Tyler said to her, reaching over he squeezed her shoulder once to which she nodded and then turned to face forward as the bus drove down the street toward Jericho.
“I’ll take care of it, baby” Tyler murmured to Wednesday, she shook a bit in his arms and his hyde purred in an attempt to calm his little mate. Wednesday didn’t even answer, she just pushed her head further into his neck and took a few deep breaths. “You’re not volunteering with him; come with me to the coffee shop – we’ll tell your mom that you weren’t feeling well enough to stand at Pilgrim World”. There was a lull in conversation as Wednesday let out a sigh and she nodded lightly against him. Never before had she ever wanted to be taken care of, she didn’t want to be classed as weak, she previously thought the love between her father and her mother went drastically too far but since meeting Tyler, all she wanted was to be taken care of. She still was herself, she could still kill a man with her pinky, or do an autopsy in remarkable time but she wasn’t going to lie, being coddled a little bit made her feel safe. Feeling Tyler’s arms wrapped around her, his light murmuring in her ear, or the way he said her name. She enjoyed feeling protected, like nothing in the world could hurt her – that nothing could kill her aside from natural cause or a swipe of his claws; if she was ever going to die, that’s how she’d want it to happen. Perhaps a mutual killing. Tyler taking a claw to her throat as she ran a knife across his; an ending bathed in each other’s blood. How fitting after the blood oath they’ve previously taken.
“Baby, we’ve arrived” Tyler whispered in her ear, Wednesday blinking quickly – she wasn’t all that surprised she fell asleep, Tyler’s scent easily calmed all of her feelings. Standing she cracked her neck and Tyler immediately took her hand walking behind her off the bus. Together they disappeared off to the Weathervane before the Outreach day announcement was over. Once there, Tyler handed Wednesday an apron that she just stared at with indifference. “At least play the part, babe. I don’t actually expect you to make coffee” Tyler laughed at her expression. His little mate was adorable but definitely came from money and while she could create and calibrate a steam powered guillotine, her ability to make a strong coffee, let alone anything other than a quad was…less than impressive. It wasn’t that it was bad, just that she preferred everything bitter rather than sweet and lattes, americanos and the like were definitely on the sweeter side.
With a resigned sigh Wednesday pulled on the, thankfully black, apron – Satan her boyfriend knew her well. Slowly she walked over to him, stood on her toes before pulling him down for a quick kiss that he returned with a smile, his eyes flicking, hazel, yellow, hazel. Leaning down to kiss her once more, Tyler used the distraction to pull a book out of his back pocket that he placed in his mate’s hand. Pulling away Wednesday looked down and quickly looked back up, “Murder on the Orient Express. I knew there was a reason I loved you” the smile that she reserved for him lighting up her face.
He trailed his hand down her cheek, lightly nicking her neck with his nail. He leaned down and licked the little blood the spilled and whispered “I love you more, now go read – I got this” with a nod of his head towards her usual booth. With one last squeeze of his hand, Wednesday walked over to her booth and within minutes she was lost in Hercule Poirot and one of the wonderful worlds created by the great Agatha Christie.
A low clank startled Wednesday out of her book, looking up she saw a steaming quad in front of her and attached to the cup, she was expecting the hand of her boyfriend but rather the perfectly manicured hand of her mother. With a sigh Wednesday looked to her left, seeing her boyfriend shoot her a sympathetic look with a quick wink.
“My little nightingale, I do believe you are supposed to be at Pilgrim World today” Morticia cooed, taking a sip of her own coffee.
“Xavier’s obsession is getting worse – I can’t be near him, not unless you want him to end up dead” Wednesday deadpanned, her cold hands wrapped around her cup as she put her book to the side; the warmth causing a low fire to burn through her.
Pursing her lips, Morticia’s grip tightened around her drink, pausing for a moment before she silently motioned for Tyler to join them – quickly the barista came and sat down near his future mother-in-law. “My dear boy, Wednesday says that Xavier’s obsession is getting worse” she left it as an open-ended question.
Nodding enthusiastically with a charm that only her boyfriend could muster, he reached over and helped himself to a sip of Wednesday’s quad in hopes that the bitterness of it would calm the beast inside, at least for a moment. Tyler’s eyes began to water as he had to choke the concoction down but he was right, the bitterness caused the beast to recede. With a shake of his head Tyler answered “Yeah, it’s turning to the stalkerish side. His eyes are always on her – it makes it hard to keep him down. All the beast wants to do is put him in his place for challenging our position by Wednesday’s side. I’d sooner die than let him get close to her”.
“Good. I’m not saying, I can tell you what to do but I can say that…Xavier typically goes to his shed around 9 every night and there will be an unexpected power outage around 9:10 that affects the outside walkways tonight” Morticia sighed out, appearing to look out the window but she was able to meet Tyler’s eyes in the reflection – an appreciation gleaming in his. With a nod he stood up, but not before kissing Wednesday once on the temple.
“I’ll leave you to your book, my little nightingale. Your stalker will be dealt with appropriately – such a wonderful man you have” Morticia said, eyes gleaming with a smirk across her face. Wednesday did not respond, rather looking over to where Tyler was serving yet another customer, a light flush filled her face with that same smile when their eyes met. Yes, indeed she did.
Too preoccupied to read once her mother had left, Wednesday pocketed her book, lost in her thoughts. “What’s on your mind, baby” Tyler asked, sliding down in the seat across from her.
A wicked glint filled her eyes that had the beast in Tyler peaking with curiosity. Wednesday met Tyler’s yellow eyes, passion flared between the two of them as they shared their feelings for one another over their bond. The drumming hum that occupied both their minds, like a blanket that wraps around them, it pulses to their own feelings. Both of them loved the peace of mind it provided, knowing that they could always feel the other. It wasn’t open ended emotions coming and going, but really strong ones would often push through, often times they could feel when the other was in any way distressed. The security it ensured allowed the two of them to stay wrapped up in each other while also pursuing their own interests – giving Wednesday the space she so desperately needed at times, something Tyler understood. Opening up to him had been a bit of a challenge at first, but she slowly came out of her shell and for the most part he could now be around her when she needed her quiet time. She would often work on her novel and he’d be sitting on her bed, scrolling through some mindless feed or watching something with headphones on.
Taking a slow sip of her quad, Wednesday smirked. “How do you feel about acting” she questioned.
“Acting?” He asked right back and at her nod, he continued – “Uh, I…I don’t know. Okay, probably – maybe” Tyler squinted a little. Reaching over and taking her quad, he took a sip before shaking his head again; call him a masochist but for some reason he was starting to enjoy the bitter drink.
“Trust me?” That evil glint filled her eyes yet again, the smirk on her face promising a night to remember.
He grabbed her hand and squeezed; a bright smile lit up his face. “Always”.
“Good” she turned her gaze out the window where their classmates were gathering, prepping to board the bus back to the school. Her eyes met Xavier’s eyes, and with an imperceptible squeeze to Tyler’s own hand, she said, “follow my lead”.
Curious Tyler nodded slightly, the Hyde recoiling a bit as she ripped her hand from his and stood up. Tyler’s eyes widened as he saw Wednesday’s face look positively fierce – a coil worked his way into his stomach as felt the love roll off their bond; the beast unsure as her actions were not lining up with the bond.
“Wen” Tyler asked cautiously, standing up slowly and attempting to reach out for her.
She stepped back, not saying anything, but that glare on her face was a prominent feature. A quick headshake and she stormed around him, ripping off her apron as she did so and throwing it on a table with one last glare. Tyler stood shocked for a moment before ripping off his own apron and ran right after her, hot on her heels. “Wen! What the hell” he called out.
“I don’t want to talk to you right now, Tyler” she all but hissed out, causing him to stop – she never called him by his name; even when she was upset. She always called him Ty now. His curiosity grew and he poked at their bond, her back to the group, looking at her Tyler just didn’t understand – they were talking and then…and now she winked. Oh. OH! Now he felt stupid.
“You’re acting like a child, Wen” he called back, his own glare affixed.
“How dare you” she snapped, “just leave me alone, Beast” she sneered. Tyler would have been affronted if she didn’t often call him ‘her beast’. It was more of a pet name to him, but he could easily see where everyone else could have seen it as a slur.
Looking around at the group of students, Tyler noticed that looked absolutely taken aback – they’d never seen the couple fight, oftentimes too lost in their own world together. He met Morticia’s eyes and with a light nod, she presented him with an evil but approving glare. Playing his part he stomped up to Wednesday and grabbed her arm in a dramatic fashion, not enough to actually hurt her but enough that it appeared he could “Don’t. Do. This. Wednesday” he growled out loudly.
Making an attempt to look as though she was attempting to break free Wednesday nearly shouted “Let go of me” and just like she predicted, Xavier came storming in like the white knight he pretended to be.
“Let go of her, Tyler. She clearly doesn’t want to be around you right now” Xavier said, clearly gleeful that he had the ability to ‘help’ his gothic beauty.
With pursed lips, Tyler let go and raised his hands in a “hands off” gesture. “Well if it isn’t the gallant white knight to the rescue” he sneered, walking around the both of them but brushing his shoulder against Wednesday – her waves of love crashing all around him.
‘I love you’ he heard her voice in his head and he very nearly tripped and gave away the plan. He’d never actually been able to hear her thoughts before, looking up he saw her focusing really intently on something – others would think it was a glare. ‘Xavier’s shed, 9:10. Hope you’re ready to play, Ty’. The menacing look in her sending shivers down his spine as he anticipated tonight, the feeling continuing down his spine as he boarded the bus and sat back in his seat.
“Are you okay, Wen” Xavier asked, and Wednesday had to keep herself from flinching back from utter repulsion.
“I appreciate your help, Xavier. Do not call me that. You know I abhor nicknames” Wednesday said, her monotone present once again.
Xavier’s smile faltered a bit, but beamed once again as he followed her on to the bus, practically shoving her into a seat and crowding her to the window. “So what was that about” he questioned. Anxiety flared into her and through to Tyler, causing his head to raise in alarm.
‘Are…okay’ came across the bond, a full sentence not coming through as the ability was quite new to the both of them. It took a lot for her to send him the original message. ‘Text’ she thought over back. Turning her back towards the window and facing Xavier, Wednesday took her phone out of her pocket – she hated it but it helped her keep in contact with those she, ugh, cared about.
“What’s wrong” his text read and she replied immediately, “he’s just crowding me. I can’t wait until this is over. I love you.”. “If this gets to be too much, just tell me – I’ll kill him where he stands” Tyler attached the emoji of a tiger to that message causing Wednesday to very nearly break character and chuckle. Rolling her eyes, she did something she never allowed herself to do before, and sent a heart back to him. Adoration flooded over her making her typically cold body feel warm.
“Wen…esday” Xavier asked again, very nearly forgetting the fact that she told him not to call her Wen.
“What, Xavier” she huffed out, he went to move in a little closer and she held out her hand, not touching him but stopping him all the same. “I’m feeling crowded. Back up” and Xavier looked as though he wasn’t going to before rolling his eye and obliging. He knew he wasn’t going to get her to open up by making her feel uncomfortable – even though what he didn’t know was that everything about him made her uncomfortable.
“What was that fight about” he asked again, pressing for details. What he really wanted to know was that if it meant they were over – was she finally coming to her senses that he was dangerous – in his mind Tyler put his hand on her, so that clearly should be the end.
“Nothing, Xavier. We just fought. Couples do that” she retorted, light malice behind her words but enough to still keep him interested as the bus rolled beneath their feet.
“Come on, Wednesday. Talk to me. It’ll make you feel better” he said with a smile that she supposed he thought was charming.
She tilted her head left and blinked at him exactly two times, something he for some reason thought was a code before sighing. “You’re right, I guess” and when he went to open his mouth she continued “but not here. You’re shed. 9:15”. With that she turned away from him and stared out the window – making a show of blatantly ignoring him and his answer.
The bus pulled up to the academy and everyone shuffled off and up to their rooms. Dinner was about to start but Wednesday’s stomach was turning too much to even consider food. She just really wanted all this over. “Roomie!” Enid squealed and walked beside Wednesday without touching her, “that was some fight!” she stated but it came out with concern. She knew Wednesday would not want to talk so instead she said “I’m going to hang out with Ajax – give you some of your quiet time to process. Message me if you want to talk, k?” and left without waiting for an answer.
Once in her room, Wednesday locked the door and all but threw herself on her bed, face down on the pillow. Her window opened and the pressure on the bond told her it was Tyler sneaking in. He didn’t say anything, just sat down next to her, slowly pushed her over so he could lay down and bring her to him. He rubbed her back while she rested her head on his chest. His other hand went to her braids and undid them, pulling his fingers through the silky strands – a look she reserved for him and him alone. “It’ll be over tonight, beautiful. I promise. Hell or high water. Tonight his incessant obsession will end, one way or another. We’ll put a stop to it” he murmured into her hair.
“I know, Ty” she mumbled sleepily – reaching over he pulled her blanket up and over the both of them. “I love you” she whispered as her eyes closed and her breathing evened out, her relaxed state helped along by his presence.
“I love you more, Wen” he replied to his sleeping mate, placing a light kiss on her forehead. Reaching into his own pocket, Tyler sent a message to Enid ‘ I’m in your room – don’t let Xavier up here. Wen’s resting, this crap is exhausting her’ and then set an alarm on his phone to 8:40. That would provide enough time for her to be able to redo her hair and wake up so that they both could get over to the shed. Once a confirmation thumbs up came through from Enid along with a ‘care’ emoji and a ‘zzzz’ one, Tyler let his own eyes slip closed as well.
Beep. Beep. Beep.
Tyler’s eyes snapped open and moved to quickly turn the alarm off, surprised that the nap went so quickly. He looked down at his little mate to see her looking up at him with a small smile on her face. “Evening, Wen”. Not answering, Wednesday leaned up and lightly pressed her lips to his, fisting the hair at the back of his neck causing her beast to growl against her lips. Pulling back, he whispered “you ready?”. With a small headshake and shrug of her shoulders Wednesday sat up, popping both her back and her neck in one quick motion. Standing up she ran a brush through her hair and braided it with quick and practiced precision, Tyler whimpering slightly as the black curtain disappeared from around her pale face.
“I’ll meet you there, mate” Tyler groaned out as he stood as well, quickly climbing out her window and disappearing down the balcony; his beast provided the nimble moves to be able to aptly maneuver his body in such a way.
With a sigh, Wednesday smoothed out her skirt and headed out her door, mindlessly heading to the path that led to Xavier’s art shed. Pausing about 3 minutes out, Wednesday reveled in the darkness that her mother had promised. She closed her eyes as she felt the bond pulse as Tyler approached silently – his eyes already yellow anticipating the fight that was about to happen. He pulled her close, one hand trailing down her face “I love you, more than words can even begin to describe” he said. Pulling on his neck to rest her forehead against him, Wednesday closed her eyes, intense focus filled her ‘I love you more, my beast’. The words filled him, love surging through his entire being. All he wanted to do was pull her closer and make love to her on the dirt below, but they needed to handle this or else the problem was going to get even more out of hand.
Letting her go, Wednesday took the cue and stepped away from him – with one last longing look she continued walking the dirt path. Stopping at the shed door, Wednesday raised her hand to knock but stopped short and instead just pushed it open. Xavier looked up from his painting, the back of the easel to her so she wasn’t able to see what he was currently painting.
“You came” he sighed out, as though he thought she wouldn’t.
Wednesday stared at him with her typical deadpan, she was a person of her word, “I said I would be, did I not”.
Xavier opened his eyes wide and stumbled back “well yeah, I suppose you are right.” Coming up to stand by her, he motioned for her to have a seat to which she shook her head. Nodding awkwardly, Xavier took a seat, “so did you come to your senses yet” he questioned with a light laugh at Wednesday’s confused look. “About Tyler” he continued.
“What about Ty” she said, eyes wide as though she didn’t know what he was talking about.
“Tyler. The murderous beast that put his hands on you earlier” Xavier very nearly cried out.
Breaking out of her previous act, Wednesday’s eyes flashed dangerously, all but threatening Xavier with a single look. “Do. Not. Call. Him. A. Beast” she growled out, stepping deliberately closer to him with each punctuation.
“You can’t be serious Wen! That fight seemed gnarly. He touched you and you’re just letting him get away with it!?” Once again, Xavier did not understand. He adored his gothic beauty but part of him swears she was dense when it came to the beast.
“Oh that fight?” Xavier nodded questioningly, “That ‘fight’ was made up to get you here. Alone. Xavier.” His heart stuttered and he couldn’t bring himself to be angry because fear gripped him.
“What do you mean? Why would you need to fight to get me alone” he questioned trying to put on an act that said he wasn’t as afraid as he actually was.
“It was an act, Xavier. I’m sick of you and your obsession with us. It’s truly deplorable and not in the good way” she seethed, stepping till she was nearly in his face. “No one calls him a beast except me. We’re both sick of the way you stare at us – at the way you think you can interject yourself into our lives.” Xavier swallowed as he was sure if he looked closely enough that he could see lightening bolts flare in her eyes – his dangerous gothic beauty.
“Ty is MY beast. MY mate. He’s everything that you aren’t and that is what makes me attracted to him. He’s everything to me and without him I wouldn’t be able to breathe – THAT is how deep our bond runs.” Xavier flinched with each passing moment. She leaned in closer so she was practically leaning over him, feeling Tyler enter the shed behind them, she heard him close and lock the door. Continuing she carried on “It’s going to be Tyler that holds me at night for the rest of our lives. Tyler who watches me waltz down the aisle. Tyler that’s going to hold my hand through the glorious pain of childbirth as we work to bring more and more Addams into this world” Tyler walked up behind her, wrapping his arms around her waist and resting his head on her shoulder, relishing in the fear and pain that oozed off of Xavier like an infection. The beast inside humming with satisfaction that Wednesday knew and expected all of this to come to fruition. He was indeed going to enjoy their endless lovemaking sessions, and bringing an ambulance of children into the world together – as an only child, the thing he craved was a big family and they’d make sure it happened; perhaps starting right after this pathetic warlock was taken care of.
Wednesday continued, “and you know what else Xavier” she questioned.
“What” he cried out, no longer able to suppress the tears as his heart broke from her words.
Wednesday smirked “it’s going to be Tyler that puts you down like the pest that you are”.
“You’re not going to get away with this” he cried, seeing Tyler’s claws extended – his one hand spinning Wednesday around so that she was behind him.
“Yes, we can. See there was a power outage tonight. No cameras. A young shapeshifter owed me a favor so Tyler is currently taking a fencing lesson with Bianca as she teaches him how to go on the offensive.”
“Wen, come on. I’m sorry!” Xavier pleaded, his fear tasting like the most delicious appetizer.
“Don’t call her that” Tyler snarled at Xavier, leaning down he slowly pushed four of his claws into the quivering boy – just enough to hurt. “You know what you are” Tyler hissed at Xavier, to which Xavier shook his head back in forth in the negative. “You’re my main course”. Xavier’s eyes widened, this was it, he was really going to die here. Tyler used his other hand lock on Xavier’s face to ensure the boy made eye contact with the beast inside of him. “And after I kill you, I’m going to devour her right here, next to your bleeding body. Make her scream my name as the light leaves your eyes. The last thing you’ll see will be her getting thoroughly fucked in your shed by the beast that killed you for attempting to take their girl. You’ve got nothing on me, Xavier. Nothing!” Tyler roared, slashing shallowly across Xavier’s chest. The wound wasn’t deep enough to kill him immediately but it was enough that he couldn’t move, blood pouring out of his wound.
Tyler turned quickly and pulled Wednesday to him, thrusting her against Xavier’s art table, he lifted her skirt and tore her underwear right off of her. Keeping eye contact with the dying boy, Tyler unbuttoned his own pants and brutally thrust into his mate – she mewled in pain as he entered her roughly, her head dropping to the table as the pleasure coursed through her. Tyler reached up to grasp her throat, and applied just the right amount of pressure that had Wednesday trying to thrust back against him with just as much force as he was putting out. The sounds she made should have embarrassed her, the way she cried and begged for his cock – for him to fuck her harder – to fill her with his seed. Wednesday looked up once, her eyes locked on the bleeding wound, her cunt clenching painfully around Tyler’s cock making him groan, delirious with pleasure; his own eyes wanting to slam shut. Relishing her throat Tyler gripped and yanked hard at the roots of her hair and just as Wednesday saw the light leave Xavier’s eyes, she screamed in release. Her orgasm gushing from her and down her thighs as her muscles tried to push Tyler’s cock out of her just to pull it right back in as she spasmed. Her own release triggered Tyler’s and with a roar, his painted her insides white with his seed, not pulling out until he was sure he came deep inside her.
Leaning forward, he didn’t pull out but he did put his head on her shoulder to try and gain his breath. “Holy fuck, Wen” he huffed out in a laugh, as if he didn’t just murder another man in cold blood and fuck in front of said dying man. She moaned under him in response. Tyler rubbed her lower stomach slightly and whispered “Well…if you weren’t already, you’re more than likely definitely carrying our first babe now”. In lieu of a response, Wednesday just placed her hand over his and held it there, a warm glow filled them both as if they somehow knew that this was indeed the conception moment of their firstborn.
Once the pair felt that they could stand, Tyler pulled out of her and tucked himself back in his pants. He helped Wednesday right herself, and smooth her skirt, both of them walking out of the shed as though they weren’t leaving Xavier’s body to rot.
Neither of them bothered to take a look at the last painting the prophetic artist created earlier, if they had, they would have seen themselves drawn together in a lover’s embrace; Wednesday’s head tilted back as Tyler held her throat in his hands, her hair falling down around them like a curtain.
They truly were a fairytale, a gothic romance never-ending through time. They were Beauty and the Beast.
