"Okay, Saaya-chan, open your eyes!" Tae instructs, and the brunette-haired girl does as told.
Saaya's blue eyes shot open wider than the wastegates of the two Garrett AiResearch T28 turbochargers attached to the Ford Duratec V6 engine sourced from the Ford Mondeo ST220 and mated to a six-speed Getrag manual gearbox for the track-focus two-seater Noble M400 sports car, an even more savage version of the already savage and track-focus two-seater Noble M12 sports car, that will hit 301 kilometers per hour or 187 miles per hour, do acceleration from 0 to 60 miles per hour (97 kilometes per hour) in 3.2 seconds or faster, and corners literally like a go-kart thanks to lateral G-forces in excess of 1.2, as she gasps in delight at her beautiful hairstyle. Most of it is at the back from her face, tied into a ponytail style, similar to the hairstyle from her high school days, but at a lower position, with some strands that perfectly frame her face. She smiles at the simple addition of the peach-colored eye shadow and lip gloss that were applied beautifully by her best friend and bandmate. Sitting on the vanity in front of her is a tiara clip with yellow gemstones, and attached to it is a beautiful veil. (The tiara itself was made by both Kasumi and Honoka, and Tae really envies the co-operation craftsmanship that both of them has with accessories.)
"Holy crap, Tae, you're seriously improved with applying makeup." Saaya says as she scans herself over in the mirror. "Quick, let's get a photo!" Saaya grabs her phone as she grins broadly towards Tae more than the tyres of self-assemble Ultima GTR 720 component supercar that unofficially obliterated the Top Gear test track lap time record twice.
"S-Saaya-chan! Don't be hasty, we can get a photo when you're in your wedding dress!" Tae tries to reason, smiling nervously. "Today is your big day with Eli, after all."
Saaya smiles a bit at her lock screen background (a beautiful snapshot Saaya had taken a year prior, with her and Eli next to the flamboyantly gay American fashion designer Randy Fenoli, the star of the American reality TV show Say Yes to the Dress) before placing her phone down. Tae is right, today is her big day with her darling Eli and a very big day for them as well. Saaya is surprised at how calm she is despite the nervous butterflies swarming and the anxious thoughts of “is everything prepared??” speeding through her mind faster than the 9FF GTronic, the modification avaliable for the 997.1 gen Porsche 911 Turbo supercar from the German tuning company 9FF engineering Gmbh that includes modifications to the twin-turbocharged flat six-cylinder Mezger engine, including enlarging the engine from 3600 cubic centimeters to 3900 cubic centimeter, swapping the two variable-geometry turbocharger from BorgWarner for the billet PTX1200R turbocharger with ball bearing with adjustable turbo boost pressure settings (0.9 bar or 13 psi at the lowest setting, 1.5 bar or 21.8 psi at the middle setting, and 1.8 bar or 26 psi at the maximum setting), extensive modifications to the chassis, upgrading the brake system to ceramic with Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake SUPERCUP brake pads, and reinforcing the Mercedes-derived five-speed Tiptronic automatic gearbox, all of which are to withstand the massive horsepower from the modified engine, giving the car savage acceleration, particularly from 0 to 300 kilometers per hour in 13.5 seconds, which is faster than the Ferrari LaFerrari, the Porsche 918 Spyder, the Mclaren P1 (aka the hypercar Holy Trinity), the Bugatti Veyron, or even the Koenigsegg Agera R, while still being agile around corners and turns. But the presence of her best friend and Poppin'Party's guitarist is soothing and helps keep her level-headed.
"You're right, Tae. But isn't Kotori supposed to help with-"
"Did someone say my name~?" Kotori says, sliding the door open and appearing in a beautiful gray gown. "Sorry Saaya-chan and Tae-chan. Did I keep you both waiting?"
"Not at all, Kotori-chan!" Tae instantly says with a smile. "You're right on time!"
In the slender girl's arms is a sealed garment bag and Saaya's eyes sparkle. She hasn't worn her custom-designed wedding dress made for her by the flamboyantly gay American fashion designer Randy Fenoli since he completed it weeks before, and she was eager to get the beautiful gown on her so she could look her best. With her makeup and her hair complete and the dress finally here, she’s almost set for the long awaited beginning of the biggest step in her life, to become Eli's wife. She stands from her seat at the vanity and Kotori walks over to the changing screen.
"Let's get you changed, Saaya-chan!"
In another room of the same building, a tall, purple-haired woman finishes zipping the back of the Randy Fenoli-designed ice blue strapless wedding dress onto her best friend. She nods to herself, glad the dress fit perfectly and she moves to the front of the girl to get a better look. The blonde-haired girl in front of her smiles shyly as her best friend scan her carefully.
“Absolutely perfect.” She declares, giving her a bright eyed grin. “You’re all set, Elichi."
The blonde-haired girl examines herself in the body length mirror, feeling confident, but still humming unsurely.
"I don't know, Nozomi. Do Saaya-san truly loves me and do I truly love her?" It’s odd to see her best friend so worried about her love to Saaya, but Nozomi can understand. After all, Eli used to somewhat of a jerkass and abrasive towards her fellow members of Muse back in the group's early days, and even though Eli has changed a lot after years and now is about to become Saaya's wife, she is still unsure about her love to Saaya and whether Saaya's love for her is true.
“Oh! I got it, Elichi!” She gasps, a smile quickly growing on her face, wider than the tyres of the track-focus Gordon Murray T.50s hypercar with the aerodynamic fan integrated into the rear of the car, which is inspired by the Brabham BT46B Formula One car that Gordon Murray had designed and only race a few time before being withdrawed and is similar to the Chaparral 2J race car, which inspired Murray in designing the BT46B and got banned from the Can-Am championship series after a few races due to the other competitors (including McLaren) complaining about the unfair advantage. “Here, what about this?”
Nozomi reaches into the her pockets, pulling out the beautiful silver chain from Saaya as a gift for Eli. The light blue gem pendant that rests on it reflects a bit in the light and she moves around Eli. She carefully brushes some of the wavy strands of her blonde hair to the side before draping the chain around her neck. She carefully clips it together before fixing Eli's gorgeous blonde hair.
The blue-eyed girl glances at her reflection in the mirror again and smiles.
"My necklace?" Eli asks curiously. Nozomi nods.
"Your necklace. It's a gift to you from your soon-to-be wife Saaya, something new from her to you. You're all set now, Elichi."
Nozomi steps over to the vanity, grabbing Eli's veil and and carefully clipping it into her long blonde hair. Eli watches Nozomi with a soft gaze as she adjusts it carefully to fit Eli just right. She pulls away from her friend and gives her a final examination. There’s a nervous hint in Eli’s eyes and Nozomi’s smile softens more.
"Nervous?" Nozomi asks. Eli nods.
“Very.” She’s smiling at her reflection, fixing a wrinkle in her skirt. “But I’m not worried.”
“Good.” Nozomi laughs. “Think Saaya is feeling the same?”
Eli contemplates it and laughs as a small blush dusts her cheeks.
“Not at all. We’ve been waiting for this for seven years. She’s probably stoked that it’s finally going to happen for real.”
“I don’t doubt that.” The two of them laugh together and Nozomi’s phone vibrates, signalling she has a new message.
She walks over to the table, picking it up and unlocking the phone to read the message. She smiles and glances over to the bride.
“Kotori finished her task with your fiancée Saaya. They’re waiting for us at the church's door.” Eli reads out to Nozomi, putting her phone away. “We should get you out there too.”
Nozomi walks over to the door, holding her arm out and giving Eli a charming grin.
“Let’s get this wedding started.”
Saaya and Tae are standing at the stair leading into the church's door as they are waiting for Eli and Nozomi.
"Oh my god, I'm gonna throw up." Saaya mumbles. "Tae, what am I doing?"
Tae stands next to her best friend, holding the bouquet of yellow flowers as Saaya kneels on her knee and goes through a badly-timed pre-wedding breakdown.
“You’re getting married to the woman you love, Saaya.” Tae states bluntly.
Saaya flashes Tae a weak smile and plays with her bracelet nervously.
“What if something goes wrong? What if I hesitate during our I do’s? What if someone objects?! What if Eli realized that she doesn't love me and don't want to marry me?!"
"Nothing will go wrong, Saaya-chan." Tae begins in a slightly reassuring voice. “We all helped to ensure everything will go as planned. You won’t hesitate during your I do’s because if there's one thing you’re sure of, it's your love for Eli. The idea of anyone objecting at your wedding is really absurd to the very definition of the word and is unlikely to happen and let's be real: Eli wants nothing more than to spend the rest of her life with you.”
Saaya stares at Tae for a moment before laughing, feeling a strange amount of relief from her dark brown-haired best friend.
“This is why I asked you to be my maid of honor, Tae.” Saaya admits, stepping to Tae.
Tae smiles at her fondly, holding the bouquet out for her bandmate.
"Come on Saaya-chan. We can't begin without you."
Saaya returns Tae's fond smile and closes her eyes. She takes a deep breath and exhales slowly, calming her nerves and preparing herself. She takes her bouquet from the dark brown-haired girl and stood up.
"I'm ready." Saaya says, with a hint of confidence in her voice. Just before Eli and Nozomi arrives at the entrance stair of the church.
"Saaya, you look really gorgeous, my future wife!" Eli says as she gazes at her soon-to-be wife Saaya in her yellow Randy Fenoli-designed strapless wedding dress with a ballgown skirt.
"You look gorgeous too, Eli!" Saaya replied as she opens her eyes and gazes at Eli in her ice blue strapless wedding dress with a ballgown skirt, also designed for her by Randy Fenoli.
"Great, now it's time." Tae says, before she and Nozomi went into the church, the moments later, both of them heard the sound of heels clacking as their respective bridesmaids (Kotori and Umi for Saaya, Nico and Rimi for Eli) enters the church.
"Are you ready, Eli?" Saaya asked.
"Yes, Saaya, I'm ready." Eli replied.
Behind the door was Poppin'Party's keyboardist Arisa Ichigaya, and once she heard Saaya and Eli's signal, she opened the door and signaled Muse member and pianist Maki Nishikino to play Richard Wagner's Bridal Chorus symphony (aka Here Comes the Bride or Wedding March, but the latter refers to any piece in march tempo accompanying the entrance or exit of the bride, notably Felix Mendelssohn's Wedding March symphony) as the two brides walk down the aisle to the altar.
As Saaya and Eli walk down the aisle, their life up until then flashes by the two. The good days when they are dating and even the bad days when they are there for each other, and their feeling for each other intensified as they walked to the altar, where a the beautiful officiant in her light peach-color dress is standing on, and it's none other than Emmelie de Forest, the Danish singer-songwriter and the winner of the 58th Eurovision Song Contest (due to the four-way tie between the United Kingdom's Lulu, Spain's Salomé, France's Frida Boccara, and the Netherlands' Lenny Kuhr at the 14th Eurovision Song Contest in the Spanish capital Madrid during the Franco era in Spain in 1969, Emmelie is technically the 62nd Eurovision winner as the four countries were declared co-winners as there wasn’t a tiebreaker rule at the time, which would be created after the 1969 contest), who is on a vacation in Japan three weeks when Saaya and Eli approached her two weeks ago and offer her a deal of being their officiant for their wedding and that Saaya and Eli will pay her big sums of money, and she accepted their deal, hence why she is the officiant for their wedding.
When Saaya and Eli finally arrived at the altar and standing in front of Emmelie, they looked at their friends in front, and sitting at the very front was Saaya's bandmate and Poppin'Party's vocalist Kasumi Toyama and sit next to her was Kasumi's girlfriend and soloist Honoka Kousaka, and next to Kasumi and Honoka was Poppin'Party's bassist Rimi Ushigome and Muse member Rin Hoshizora and her girlfriend Hanayo Koizumi, while on the right row was Danish musician Jørgen Olsen and his younger brother Niels "Noller" Olsen, both of them being the music duo Olsen Brothers that brought Denmark its 2nd Eurovision victory at the 45th edition at the Swedish captial Stockholm in 2000 despite being the underdog, with British bookmakers at one point had it as a longshot to win at 150-1 odds, beginning the "underdog victory" era of Eurovision until the 48th edition at the Latvian capital Riga in 2003.
Tae then taps Saaya's shoulder and the brunette-haired bride glances over to see her holding her hand out with a knowing smile wider than the tyres of the Ferrari F40 Competizione, a non-sponsored and more powerful private version of the Ferrari F40 LM race car for the 24 Hours of Le Mans race based on the road-going Ferrari F40 supercar. She blushes slightly, quickly handing the arrangement of flowers to the dark brown-haired girl as Eli does the same with Nozomi while Emmelie went through the word from the book in her hand after begin the ceremony. Saaya and Eli then held their fingers and hands together, gazing at each other as they move into the vows part.
"Saaya, honey." Eli begin her vows.
"When I first met you on our first date after that Poppin'Party live show, something about you make me feel like one half of my heart complete, like I somehow fall in love with you. I used to be a jerk to my fellow Muse members back then and even after I soften a bit, it wasn't until I met you that I begin to feel better, to be a better person to everyone and especially to you, and in exchange, you taught me how to bake and treat me like I'm your other half in your heart, your significant other. Saaya, you are my perfect girl, you had make me a better person than before, and I want to care for you and be your wife for the rest of your life, honey, I love you, Saaya Yamabuki." Eli finishes her vows, then breathed a sigh of relief that the speech she had rehearsed multiple times went so smoothly, and everyone in the church, even their best friends, the Olsen Brothers, and even Emmelie herself slightly shed their tears just from hearing Eli's vows to Saaya.
"Eli, darling." Saaya begin her vows.
"When I met you on our first date seven years, I was somewhat anxious as you are the former superstar idol singer while I am just a baker and Poppin'Party's drummer, and I feel like I am not someone worthy enough to be dating someone as cool as you, and yet, I still did it anyways. I date you despite all of that and kept doing so for five years, I began to fall in love with you, and I got to see you becoming better by the day, becoming more caring to me and I eventually became your significant other, the other half in your heart, and you then propose me on the same train station where our first date began. Eli, you are my perfect girl too, I got to see you improving yourself, and in turn, it makes me wanted to improve myself as well, and I want to care for you and be your wife for the rest of your life as well, darling, I love you too, Eli Ayase." Saaya finishes her vows, huffing a sigh of relief that the speech she had also rehearsed multiple times went so smoothly as she saw Eli holding back her sobbing and tears for one minute just from hearing Saaya's vows.
"Eli Ayase, will you take Saaya Yamabuki as your wife, protect her, cherish her, and love her till death do both of you part?" Emmelie turned to the blonde-haired bride Eli and asked her.
"I do." Eli answers firmly as she gazes into Saaya's gorgeous glinting blue eyes.
"Saaya Yamabuki, will you take Eli Ayase as your wife, protect her, cherish her, and love her till death do both of you part?" Emmelie then turned to the brunette-haired bride Saaya and asked her.
"I do." Saaya answers Emmelie with raw enthusiasm. Eli smiled at Saaya as they both stared at each other lovey-dovey.
"You may now exchange the rings." Emmelie announced.
Arisa then walked down the aisle as she held a cushion that has Saaya and Eli's wedding rings on it. Saaya's wedding ring is crafted from 24 karat yellow gold with a synthetic yellow diamond on top while Eli's wedding ring is crafted from Grade 5 aerospace titanium alloy with a synthetic ice blue diamond on top. Eli took the yellow gold ring with the synthetic yellow diamond on the right and slid it onto Saaya's ring finger. Saaya did the same and slid the Grade 5 titanium ring with the synthetic ice blue diamond onto Eli's ring finger.
"Does anyone object to this marriage, please voice out and gave your reasons now or forever hold your peace." Emmelie announced to the guests.
After a pause and no response from anybody, she continued, "I now pronounced both of you wives of each other for the rest of your lives, Eli and Saaya, you may kiss each other now." Emmelie smiled.
Eli leaned in slowly as she wraped her arms around Saaya's waist while Saaya wraped her arms around Eli's neck, their lips sink into each other's as Eli and Saaya kissed each other deeply, tenderly, passionately, and romantically, while the rest of their guests cheered and clapped louder than the Porsche 997 GT3-based 9ff GT9-R, powered by the 1120 brake horsepower 4 liter twin-turbocharged flat six-cylinder engine and designed to kill the Bugatti Veyron’s unbeaten top speed record streak for production cars, and is still being produced today after the original company, 9ff Fahrzeugtechnik GmbH, founded by German engineer Jan Fatthauer, filed for bankruptcy in September 2013 and 9FF engineering GmbH being founded one month later in October and shifting their business model to modifying and developing standard Porsche 911s under the new name (the original company has the logo with the two f's written in lower case letters, while the modern reincarnated company has the two F's in the logo written in all caps) while still offering the GT9 as a custom-built car with multiple engine options, alongside the 9FF Speed9 roadster inspired by the 1955 Porsche 356 Speedster, the loudest being their best friends Kasumi and Honoka and the Olsen Brothers. Eli slowly pulls away from the kiss as she touched her forehead with Saaya's, both of them giggling blushing slightly while lovingly gazing at each other as Emmelie announced to the guests, "I now present to you, Mrs. Ayase and Mrs. Yamabuki-Ayase!"
Saaya giggled slightly with a bright smile and say, "I love you, Eli Ayase."
Eli smiled back just as bright and replied, "I love you too, Saaya Yamabuki-Ayase."
Both Saaya and Eli then kiss each other passionately again. The echoing cheers and the loud claps from their best friends and invited guests were resonating all over the church, because the Yamabuki-Ayase couple is finally and officially married, the blissful long open road of marriage awaiting them ahead.
