Summary
It"s the 1940s in New Siam (Thailand) and The Golden Nightingale has opened its newly minted doors to cater to the sort of clientele, the likes which the country has never seen before. The club has secured its main attraction, cabaret star, The Lady Scarlet Divine ( Pete), a drag performer, who was slowly gaining fame in the underground cabaret circuit. The club owner (Vegas) discovers on opening night that his manager had also hired a lover who had abandoned him six years ago without a word. As old flames rekindle, and bitter memories begin to make an unwelcome return over the span of Thailand"s coldest nights, the former lovers reunite. Will past decisions collide with present ones? Will this reunion further destroy or mend the broken hearts of our star-crossed lovers?
