I’ve had bad experiences in the past with abuse and such. It sucks. I really loved this project, and I’ve loved all my projects, but I can’t write him anymore.
This fandom saved my life, and I wouldn’t be who I am today without it. I was there for a lot of it, even if I never had the confidence to really join in. Hell, even all my current socials tie me to it, both in user and in content. I don’t want to leave the dsmp behind- but at a certain point there isn’t much else to do. Maybe I’ll revisit these stories, these characters again one day. I hope I can.
But unless there is definitive proof he isn’t, I cannot and will not support Wilbur anymore. I will not be arguing about this with anyone, and if you think you can “change my mind” or whatever, then you can show yourself out.
Support Shubble, support the victims, and take care of yourself. I’ll be back to writing, I always will be. Don’t let one shitty white guy ruin your day.
