"And look! Look at me!" The Scottish-brogued, silver fox Doctor was ranting, pointing at his narrowed brows. "I've got attack eyebrows! I have seriously got attack eyebrows this go round!"
That had Rose in stitches. "All the better to go with your color-changing kidneys, swee'hear'!"
Clara; wide-eyed, bewildered, confused Clara just stared at the married laughing couple as if they'd grown two heads. "Mad, you two are."
The Doctor and Rose share knowing, amused looks and said as one: "Mad, rude and still not ginger!"
"Besides," Rose added with more amusement in her voice, "We're all mad here."
Clara could appreciate the reference and concede to the point. Life with the Doctor and his soulmate/wife Rose was mad.
And anyone who stepped through the TARDIS doors became mad too and grew fond of the madness; the weirdness.
