Fun! Wandmakers arguing over Harry and techniques is quite enjoyable.
I wonder why they didn’t memory charm the Dursleys to forget magic but not Harry himself. They could’ve had them remember the child and that he left to live with family on the father’s side, or that he was otherwise adopted by someone else. Why completely delete Harry when it will obviously cause problems, or do they just think so little of muggles that they don’t care for any consequences?
