Summary
The Legion has secured victory at Hoover Dam and the Courier, despite her contributions, has been enslaved.
As she plots her escape, she finds herself entangled in a mess at the Fort. Caesar is dying, the slaves are restless, and Legate Lanius is eager to carry out her execution.
