“How old were you when you got your blank soul mark?
“I was almost eighteen. I woke Rhodey up in the middle of the night because I was convinced I was having a heart attack. Mine’s here,” he said, touching a spot below his left collarbone.
“And how old were you when you met Pepper?”
“Not until I was thirty-four,” he said with a sad smile. “Honestly I had given up on ever finding her, and my life was just a long string of bad decisions at that point.”
“Title of your autobiography,” teased Peter.
“Hey, stop stealing my jokes,” Tony mock-glared.
