Oikawa found it easier to look at Makki and Mattsun pixelated screens than Iwaizumi. Not that he didn’t want to look at Iwa, but because looking at Iwa was going to send all of his blood flow to an…unspecified area and he really didn’t need that on his guilty conscience.
Because Iwaizumi is his best friend. Because looking at Iwa shouldn’t force this kind of reaction out of him. Because none of the boys on the video call know that Oikawa is a raging pansexual because he just barely found out on a wild night in Argentina. Because Iwa got an eyebrow piercing sometime between the last time the four of them video called, and it was the hottest thing Oikawa had seen in a long time.
Or, Oikawa gets thirsty, gets wild ideas, and Iwaizumi thought they were on the same page this whole time.
