Work Text:
I was made to love you but,
You were made wonderful and whole,
And so I sought to tear you apart.
Because how dare something so lovely exist,
While I was only worthy to suffer
I wanted you
I wanted you
I would tear myself apart for you
Break apart my bones and,
Reform them,
In a mold that you might choose,
One that would be deserving of you,
So that you might finally look at me as I looked at you:
As though I warmed you like the very Sun,
Beautiful and bright,
Even as my gravity,
Pulled you, reeled you in
And crushed the caverns of your chest,
(Till your heart slowed and your lungs heaved)
Till there was absolutely nothing left.
