Summary
Due to the power of the internet, I can access the full Japanese script of Mega Man X6 in an easily copyable text format, and I can make a better and more accurate English translation. I don't know Japanese, though, so I've taken a few creative liberties in a few places. Hopefully I'm not messing up anything important.
