Summary
Unlike what people thought, Izuku was born with a quirk. Except that it was stolen, not that Izuku knew that. At least not yet not until he reconnects with his cousin that was abducted when they were younger.
Vigilantism wasn't the original idea for Izuku but that ended up becoming part of it anyways. Shouto worries for cousin Izuku and Katsuki worries for his best friend Izuku who decided to leave the orphanage he was taken to in the middle of the night. The two had UA that they still have to get ready for.
Eraserhead has a run in with the vigilante Black Rexes, getting him put on the case and now he's stuck with a vigilante to look after--I mean capture and still has to prepare for UA's entrance exams.
How's Izuku gonna manage to get Tenko and his quirk back? What else is there going on?
