Summary
This is a continuation of "All the Things You Are," which was written before season 4 aired. That fic takes place between seasons 3 and 4. It is built on the premise that Demetri is the clone son of both Terry Silver and Daniel LaRusso, and this second one can pretty much be read on its own without reading the first part in this series.
This second fic is my attempt to continue on from the end of "All the Things You Are" and reconcile it with the events of season 4 (mostly, Terry and John already being together, and Demetri and Hawk having also just gotten together, and jamming that all to fit into the canon events of season 4). It continues on past season 4 with the kids dealing with and attempting to fix the karate wreckage caused by all their senseis.
Not much else to know other than, as with the first fic, this is a whole lot of fluff.
It's also just one big Star Wars reference.
