Tomorrow is Kacchan’s birthday. And Kacchan is his boyfriend now, so Izuku cannot screw this up.
He’s been planning this for weeks. Kacchan cooks for him all the time, whenever they have the time to spare. Kacchan makes sure Izuku eats right when Midoriya moves too fast to do it himself, and Izuku wants to do something nice for him in return. More than that– he wants to impress Kacchan, to show him that not nearly as hopeless in the kitchen as Kacchan always thinks he is.
