Chapter 3: A pleasant morning

It took three days for Katara to approach her again. When she did,
she did so with condescension. "What exactly do you do here?"

Azula looked up in irritation as Katara took a seat at her study desk
midafternoon. She'd been reading about trade laws and was, despite
herself, incredibly grateful for an interruption, rude or not. "I don't
have time to deal with your curiosity."

Katara scoffed, nibbling on a teacake. "All you seem to have is time."

It stung. Her tone was appropriately caustic. "Why ask a question if
you've already decided on the answer for yourself? You still haven't
answered my question as to why you're here. That sounds rather rude if you ask me. "

Katara hesitated, settling down in her seat. "Look, I need a vacation,
but I'm starting to think this place isn't all that relaxing."

Azula smiled. "It was quite relaxing before you barged in on my home. Oh, and decided to pick a fight, might I add."

"First of all, you jumped at me first. Secondly; I don't know why you don't just blame Zuko for that, since you hate
him anyway."

"You know nothing."

"Oh, enlighten me. Because I remember you trying to kill him more
than once."

"Maybe you should remember him doing the same to me." Azula's
mouth tightened.

"He stood in the way of what was best for the Fire
Nation at the time. No matter my feelings about Zuko, he had to be pushed
aside. Things are...... different now. "

"He's your brother."

"I'm well aware." Azula sighed as she sipped her drink. "You have a
brother, right? The stupid one with the ponytail."

Katara scowled. "What of it?"

"If he set out to do something you knew would destroy the Water
Tribe, would you stop him?"

"Sokka wouldn't do that-"

"This is clearly a hypothetical situation. If Sokka went mad-"

"Like you did," Katara muttered.

Azula ignored her with great effort and continued, "-and decided he
had to destroy your people, would you kill him if you had to?"

"No!"

"How can you be so sure? Is your brother more important than an
entire nation of people?"

"I beat you without killing you, didn't I?"

The insult sent had her leaning back in her chair.

Had she still had her bending, she was sure that there would be a hole I'm Katara's head as she stared. Not feeling up to the task of a fight, she got up and walked away from Katara, deciding to head down to the beach to relax away from her.

Once her feet hit the ground, she could feel her stress leave her. The sand felt warm under her, softly shifting under her weight. As she got closer to the water, she tried to remember her breathing techniques from her therapy.

Breathe in, 4 seconds. Breathe out, 4 seconds.

Already she could feel the tension disapating into nothingness, finally able to-

"What say we finish what we started yesterday? I get the feeling you're not satisfied either."

Aaaaaand just like that, Azula's headache came back full force. Enough to actually make her feel woozy as she turned around to face her annoying house guest.

"Listen here you impudent little-"

And then she stopped.

It didn't matter to her that Katara looked at her as if she was crazy. It didn't matter that the sky was bright and sunny as the ocean waves rolled into shore behind her. She would never be able to miss the sihoette of her mother as it stood there, just staring.

"No.... please, not again..."

Azula's chest tightened as she saw her mother take a step forward, no emotion on her face.

"No....no no no no" Azula chanted as she fell to her knees, her head throbbing in pain as she saw her mother continue walking towards her, one even foot at a time. Her body shaked with no end in sight, her fear overwhelming all of her senses.

It wasn't until she felt cold hands touch her head that she started to feel..... relieve? Her headache dissipated slowly, the trobbing going away with each passing moment. Slowly, the Visage of her mother faded before her eyes, no longer presenting a threat to her in any way. Once it finally dissipated, her headache left her. Her head now felt lighter than before, no longer bogged down with excruciating pain. She had enough energy to turn her head to see Katara waterbending around her head, most likely a healing technique.

When did she get over here?

Her contemplating stopped when Katara stopped her healing and picked her up, walking towards the ocean.

She wouldn't dare.

Azula yelped as Katara dropped her into the water, quickly resurfacing from under the waves as she sputtered.

"ARE YOU INSANE?! I COULD'VE DROWNED!" Azula's fury was cut off as she felt the water envelope her again, only this time it was her entire body. She was left a small pocket of air to breathe, but the fear crept back into her heart again, reminding her too much of-

Sozin's Comet.

Azula was furious to be put in this position again, but her fear was being overbearing at the moment. It didn't last long as the water began to glow and she slipped into a deep slumber.

----------------- A couple of hours pass------------------

"She's not stable enough to be moved to a proper hospital. And with the storm season about to begin, it would be too dangerous."

Azula heard voices as she stirred awake, her body feeling like lead. As she opened her eyes, she only saw blurs in her vision. She couldn't tell who was who yet, but she'd know soon enough with her eyes clearing up.

Atleast that horrid headache is gone.

Her head no longer felt like it was weighed down by bricks. It would seem that Katara's healing-

She sat up suddenly, remembering what had happened. Her eyesight revealed Kota, Katara and some other maids I'm her room, all moving to help her. Kota uses a cold towel to cool her down, but her mind was racing a mile a minute. She starred at Katara in disbelief as she said, "You tried to drown me."

Katara had a very apologetic face. "Well, technically I gave you an air pocket."

Azula should have been angrier, but her curiosity won out. "Why?"

"Well, you aren't the first person who I've had to encase in water like that." Katara sat down on the bed on Azula's side.

"It's an old healers technique. Encasing the body completely in water to heal the injured. I didn't know what was hurting you until I used my hands and I had to act quickly. Sorry that I couldn't tell you what was going on."

Azula nodded as Kota stepped back with her towel, making way for an elderly woman in red robes.

"Honored Princess Azula." The woman bowed low as was tradition for royalty. Azula gave signaled her to rise.

"What's my condition?"

"Hmm.... it is difficult to say. The healing techniques of the watertribe are an unknown art to us. All I have heard is that they're effects are unusual in their effects on the body."

Azula sighed. "So you know nothing, then?" She asked snidely.

The old woman grunted, showing a small tinge of annoyance. "I know enough that your mental state has been jeapordized once again. The reports from your therapist sent to me indicate of various techniques and appointments you were supposed to take advantage of. Have you?"

Azula's face lost its composure in the presence of everyone in the room. She did not want this old bat airing out what was wrong with her.

"Everyone out. I'd like to speak to the doctor alone."

Kota and her fellow servants immediately bowed and made their way out of the room. Much to her annoyance, Katara stood fast, with that look that made Azula feel like a hurt puppy.

"Don't you have someone else to drown?" She remarked with a coy smile.

"Hmph! I'll have you know that if it wasn't for me, you would have gone into shock. Besides...." Katara looked down in apparent shame, making a drawing on the floor with her foot.

"I do feel guilty over what happened. As a healer. I have a responsibility to not cause unnecessary pain to my patients."

"Hmph. Still doesn't explain why you're here. This is a private matter between my doctor and myself."

"Actually, her help will be necessary, Princess."

Both women looked towards the doctor in either surprise or annoyance.

"Oh? And why, pray tell, would that be?" Azula asked hautily.

"Because you cannot begin to heal if you do not allow yourself to." The old woman moved forward, checking Azupa for any signs of pain in her body as she continued talking. "The mind can cause just as much damage to one's health as a Komodo-Dragon bite. It will take time to heal the wounds underneath if you are to find your inner peace."

Azula hissed at a particular jab the doctor made. "So how does Katara fit in to the picture?"

"Seeing as how the pain you were experiencing earlier today went away as soon as she began her treatment, I dare say she is best suited to take care of you when you are under extreme duress. And there's also the fact of the effects of such healing."

She turned to face Katara, "Master Katara, what can you tell us of these techniques? Are there any adverse effects we should be aware of?"

Katara rubbed her chin in thought, trying to remember exactly what she was taught.

"Well, besides the healing aspects, there's only a few things that come to mind: soreness, a bit of fatigue, light appetite, increased libido, some excess sweating-"

"I'm sorry, but did you just say increased libido? I'm not sure if I heard you right."

"Oh, yeah," Katara said nonchalantly with with wave of her hand. "It should only last you for about a week or two if it actually hits you. But hey, atleast you have Kota to keep you company during the night."

Katara had a cheeky smile as Azula simmered under her and the doctors coy laughter, throwing her head back into her pillow and covering her face with her hands. "If you tell anyone about this, water girl, I swear I'll-"

"What? Get your "mommy" to come teach me a lesson? I bet I could give her a run for her money!" Katara said proudly as she crossed her arms. It took her a moment to digest what she had said, opening her eyes in alarm to a snickering doctor and a wide eyed Azula.

"I-I-I needtogocheckonsomethingspleaseexcuse meeeeee!" And she ran out of the room, hands pressed to her face in embarrassment as the doctor laughed and Azula sat there, wondering.....

Later that night....

Azula tossed and turned in her sleep. The heat was unbearable this time of year, but usually she could handle it very well, given she's a firebender and all. Yet she was having to swipe sweat from her brow and her clothes were suffocating her, forcing her to disrobe and sleep in the nude. That apparently only solved her woes momentarily. She was going through hell, and she didn't understand why until she felt the fire burning in her loins.

"Oh mothefuckeeeeeeeeeeerrrrr-" She wailed ad her head hit the pillow, her mortification complete as she spread herself out on her bed. As she tried to think of a solution to her problem her body decided to take the initiative; slowly grinding against her bed as her body kept heating up, a roaring wave coming over her at just that light action. Her breaths turned to gasps as she tried to understand just how quickly she came. But more importantly-

It's not enough.

Even as she tried to regain her breathing, Azula moved her hand to her mound, a small gasp leaving her as she started rubbing herself. She got in her back and felt her fingers dip inside her, trying to scratch that itch that just seemed a bit too far away. Her mewls carried her over and over again, hand pawing at her breast, twisting her nipple; anything to just get over that edge again.

That's when she heard the door creak.

She immediately sat up, piercing eyes looking to see for any sign of anyone, anything that could have opened it. She could have sworn that she heard breathing, but her mind wasn't fully focused on the here and now.

"Kota? If you're here because you heard me, you're more than welcome to help. No need for this.... animosity."

No response cane to her, bit she definitely could hear some heavy breathing now. There was someone behind that door, watching her in all her naked glory as she pleased herself. The heavy pants then started to sound strange, almost as if there was a wet-

Ah, now I get it. She wants to see the show, huh? Well then, I'd hate to disappoint.

Azula smiled brightly as she moved lower on the bed, giving  Kota a better view of her body as she played with herself.

"This could be you, touching me..... pleasing me..... devouring me.... but I guess you're satisfied with watching me endure against this watertribe magic, aren't you?" A,unable said as she ramped up her little show. She inserted a thrust finger inside her with a desperate moan, her body slick with sweat and her breathing already turning ragged.

"Y-you could h-h-have all of thissssss ah AGNI YES!"

It was remarkably quick to her at how fast she came. Her entire body seized up, her eye's shut as she fell back and let the pleasure take over her. She felt like she could have flown the skies with her war ballon. She could die happy with all of the sensations she was going through..... but eventually, reality came back to her.
It really came back to her when she saw Kota standing over her, a disapproving look on her face.

"Honestly, Princess... could you not have some self control? You still need to rest." She berated.

Azula smiled in reply, "O-ho-ho, dear Kota!" She moved to kneel on the bed, moving her body closer to her. "I find that a tad hard to believe after hearing you touch yourself to me."

Her hands went up to Kota's shoulder, playing with the fabric of her robes.

"All of those deep breaths..... like you were trying to inhale my very being, Kota..... You could have easily had me, if you so wished..."

Before she could move the garment pass her shoulder, Kota's arm caught her wrist gently, a confused look on her face.

"Umm.... I beg your pardon, Princess, but I was in my quarters until I heard your yelling. Or, as I've now discovered, moaning."

Azula's smile faded a little bit, but she was still too high on all of that serotonin to let it get her down. "No, now, Kota. No need to be so modest amongst each other. I heard you touching yourself to me. Taking in deep breathes as you worked yourself up. Now if you still want to, I'm more than happy to-"

"I really wasn't here, Princess. I was eating my dinner while I was on a call with my wife. We try to eat dinner together and talk on the phone-"

Azula had stopped listening after hearing those words. She knew that someone was watching her. There was no way that there couldn't be.

"-and another thing, Princess: if you are so inclined to eat in here, atleast clean up your mess when you spill something. I can already feel a migraine forming at how I'll have to clean up all that mess." Kotas finished.

Azula looked at her again, then towards the door. Standing up on somewhat shaky legs, she reached it to inspect what Kota had been talking about. Kneeling down, she could see that the mess was not food. It was most definitely the release of someone who was very pent up.

But who would dare?

"Kota... where are the rest of the handmaidens?" Azula asked in a cool voice.

"In their quarters, Princess. None have left the east wing except for myself."

Azula knew that whoever had watched her couldn't have run away that fast if they came from the East wing. That left her guards who roamed the halls, but they feared her too much to even look her in the eyes. As she scooped up a bit of the substance, there was a small little voice in the back of her head that told her to eat it.

It didn't register to her that she had brought that dollop to her mouth and already licked it up. It tasted.... hot. Not just that, but it felt like her body was roaring back to life again, shivers going down her spine as she swallowed it. As she looked back down at the rest of the cum left behind, that little voice in the back of her head was telling her to eat it all up, that she deserved it, needed it to feel that satisfaction.

Much to her gratitude (and a bit of annoyance), Kota broke her out of her spell.

"Should I set about cleaning this mess or would you like to? It seems you've grown quite fond of it." She said teasingly.

Azula looked at her with a pout, standing up to walk back to bed. "I will leave it to you to clean up this mess since you want to be so sassy this evening. I get to spend the rest of the night figuring out who dropped it."

"And what will you do when you find them, Primcess?"

Azula pondered that question as she got to bed. She had quickly run down her list of people that could've done it and had already crossed off many names. It already left her with one person. So, that left her with only two options. Either Kota was lying to her, which she found doubtful. The other being that her guest would have to answer some serious questions come morning.

"We'll see, Kota. We'll see."
