Chapter Text
Soon enough you found yourself close to the ground as Huggy had to crawl into a cramped space. He'd brought you all to a bathroom. Carefully, Huggy lowered you to the ground, and you unsteadily found your footing. Glancing around, you were immensely relieved to find the bathroom clear of blood- save for where Huggy's limbs had dragged across the ground. Your own huggy reached out for you from the larger ones shoulder, and you immediately reached for it in turn, clutching it gently to your chest as you uncertainly stepped away from its larger counterpart.
Your huggy seeming to attempt to scrub at your arms immediately reminded you of the blood again. You nervously skittered over to a sink, taking your reflection in from the mirror. You looked a mess.
You quickly rubbed the leftover snot trails from your face, splashing water over it and not caring much that some fell on the ground. After the day you had, you could be a little messy.
You couldn't do much for the blood in your clothes without taking your shirt off, and you felt nowhere near safe doing that at the moment. Instead you settled with wiping as much as you could off, using a copious amount of paper towels to get under your clothes.
Eventually you figured you were as clean as you were gonna get, and you idled, suddenly unsure. What now? You side-eyed the larger Huggy, who was attempting to stuff one of their hands under a running faucet. The sinks were tiny. You wondered how on earth it was supposed to clean itself, and if it felt uncomfortable being drenched as it was.
As if noticing your eyes on it, the larger Huggy turned its gaze to you, causing you to immediately break eye contact to stare into the mirror instead. You were still scared of it. You didn't know what to do now. Your huggy looked into its own reflection as well.
The feeling of being stared at was rapidly stressing you out again. You tried not to fidget, not knowing what to do. What do you do. What do you do.
The bathroom stalls behind you could be closed. Maybe you could go in there and... calm down.
Avoiding looking at the larger blood-soaked Huggy, you quickly spun around and walked into the stall, quietly closing the door behind you. Your own huggy looked confused as you sat on the toilet precariously and hunched over yourself, your huggy clutched to your side as you rested your face between your knees.
You didn't know what to do now. Would it let you leave? You didn't hear anybody speaking on your way here. Was everyone.. dead?
Why were they not hurting you?
Alone as you could be for the moment, you attempted to try and process your situation.
You were scared. You didn't know why you were still alive. You'd watched someone die, you'd watched toys.. Toys! Kill someone. You didn't know what you were supposed to do. You were terrified to exit the stall and face the larger Huggy again. You wanted to go home. You really, really wanted to go home.
Your huggy immediately caught on to your shaky breathing, turning its full attention to you as it tried to figure out why its human was upset again. Didn't you know you were safe? Didn't you know it was okay now?
You were quickly finding yourself looping again, frozen and petrified to leave your stall. You didn't wanna go out there. You didn't know what to do now. You wanted to go home, but you'd have to go past the bigger Huggy. What if the other toys hurt you, like that cat one did? Your back stung. You realized you hadn't really looked at it in the mirror, and you uncurled yourself to reach around and pat at the area.
Ow.
Your huggy perked up at this, quickly wiggling out of your grasp to look at your back itself. You made a stressed hissing noise at it, noting idly that you lost your voice as it inspected your wound. You could feel its little hands pawing around the area, but not touching it thankfully. After a moment it swung back to your front, giving you a sad expression and patting your face gently. You sniffled at it, offering it a small smile.
Seeing you making motions as if you wanted to grab it, your huggy immediately went in for a hug, patting your back gently as you let yourself hug it in turn.
You both stayed like that for a moment, and you tried not to look up when you heard shuffling from behind the door, tensing up. Right. You weren't alone.
Your huggy gently nudged your face up, patting you soothingly as it glanced back at the door- then above the door. You stubbornly did not look, keeping your head ducked as your huggy made some kind of gesture.
You yelped and kicked your leg out, slamming the door shut when you heard something unlock and the hinges moving slightly. You clutched your huggy tightly to your chest as you still did not look up, shaking in your seat. You weren't ready to go out yet. Please leave. You didn't want to have to face any of this yet.
After a moment, your huggy wiggled in your hold, trying to make eye contact with you. No. You weren't ready for that yet, either. You didn't want to be here. You were suddenly very aware that they were alive too, and therefore, you weren't alone in your stall. You let them down with jerky motions, keeping your foot pressed to the door as you curled in yourself.
Something large patting your back immediately drew out a high pitched whine from you, but the patting did not stop. You wanted to be alone. You didn't want to be touched. You guessed that was too much to ask for, right now.
Your leg quickly tired and you eventually let it drop, telling yourself that it was okay and you'd just let whatever was going to happen, happen. It's not like you could do much about it, right? You couldn't stay in here forever, either. Your butt was starting to hurt sitting on the open toilet seat. Your huggy was tugging gently on your hand.
You flinched at the feeling of a much larger hand gently grabbing yours, finally looking up at the larger Huggy. It, in turn, was looking at you, head tilted. Its hand felt soggy. Surprisingly, you itched to clean it.
Well, that was your job after all. You knew how to do your job. You clung to this thread, hoping for any stability. Would... Would it let you clean it?
You let it lead you out of the stall, looking around blearily. Blood was still on the floors. It was only a little, so it'd be easy to mop up.
God, were you going to be arrested? A bunch of people were dead and you only had some shallow scratches on your back. You felt sick and tried not to think about it.
Holding hands with both of the huggy's, you slowly exited the bathroom.
Only to tear yourself away from the both of them back into the bathroom at the sight of a third, pink huggy. Kissy Missy, your mind supplied.
It was also splattered with blood.
Back into the stall you go!
Properly alone this time, you clawed at your short hair and bit your lip, writhing slightly on the seat as you struggled to disperse the sudden energy you felt coursing through your veins. Just how many were there??! One giant huggy was enough, thank you! ….Gods, were all the larger display toys alive?
Your huggy was crawling under the stall door. You hissed stressfully at it, yanking on your hair as you bounced your leg, You felt bad for your huggy, hoping that it wasn't getting annoyed at you. You couldn't help it though. You felt like every little thing kept tipping you back over.
Well, Missy wasn't so little, but still...
You really, really wanted to be somewhere quiet. You wanted to be alone. You didn't think you were going to be left alone for a while.
You gave yourself a couple more moments until you forced yourself to stand up, jerkily reaching out to hold your huggy's hand. You didn't want to be the one telling you where to go, so you hoped that your huggy would just lead you. It patted your hand soothingly with its free one for a moment before doing what you hoped and dreaded, softly leading you back out of the bathrooms.
Huggy and Missy were waiting for you. You almost fell as you suddenly froze up, stumbling slightly before coming to a stop. You didn't look up, hyper aware of the attention on you.
You weren't expecting the pink one to suddenly collapse in front of you. You jumped back slightly with a squeak, staring wide-eyed at the suddenly much closer mascot as Kissy seemed to try and make herself smaller. You felt yourself relax slightly as the newcomer was no longer towering over you. After a moment, the other Huggy sat down as well, and you found yourself suddenly at eye-level with the both of them. You weren't sure what to do with yourself now.
You realized belatedly that your huggy was dancing around you, making little gestures at the larger two and acting kind of funny. Seeing the other two react to the movements and make slight ones of their own, you wondered... Were they communicating?
You felt more awkward now, not really knowing what was going on. You supposed you could just keep standing there, but you were.. tired. You glanced around through your bangs, cringing slightly seeing bodies laying on the floor. Kissy, who was in front of you, seemed to notice this and adjusted slightly so that she was now blocking your line of sight. You glanced down at your hands, fidgeting them nervously in front of you.
After a while, your huggy ceased its actions, standing in front of you and looking up at you with a tilted head. You stared back at it inquisitively, wondering what it wanted. Seeing you looking confused in turn, it decided on simply raising its hand for you to grab, which you did. You tried not to flinch as the other two got up, and stared worriedly at the larger hand being offered to you. They were going to take you somewhere?
Not knowing what else to do, you took the hand, glancing up at the larger Huggy worriedly before looking back down at the ground. After a moment, your group started moving.
Morbidly, you found yourself staring at the blood streaks on the ground as you all walked. Little paw prints, spongy-looking tracks, h.. hand prints.
A couple toys seemed to join and disperse from your group as you walked. You tried avoiding eye contact with any of them, idly noting that you hadn't spotted any other smaller huggy's yet. Mostly a bunch of cat bees and brontos, with the occasional boogie bot mixed in.
Finding yourself in the Hub, your head jerked up to look towards the exit, only for a cold feeling to spread once again through your limbs. The exit was sealed, the metal door closed fully. You wondered if you would be able to pull it up, but you were too scared to move towards it. Maybe.. maybe later.
You suddenly learned where all the smaller Huggy's were.
You yelped as you were suddenly swarmed, looking at the larger Huggy with betrayal on your face when they easily let go of your hand.
Medium and mini huggy's alike swarmed for your attention, overwhelming you very quickly as they patted and hugged and nuzzled every inch of you they could get to. Everything felt like all too much and you just... Stopped.
….
You twisted slightly, nuzzling your face into the fuzzy pillow. You didn't want to wake up just yet.
….
Something shifted at your side, and you realized you were very warm. You tried to kick off the fluffy.... somethings on top of you.
….
You felt a soft fuzzy hand land on your mouth, and you startled awake. Everything was dark. You felt like you were surrounded by plushies, immediately recognizing the texture of the Huggy toys' fur. You were confused as all hell for a long moment, wondering if you were still dreaming. You didn't fall asleep in the huggy pile, did you?
Realizing you had to use the bathroom very badly, you tried to stumble out of wherever you were-
Only to fall back with a shriek as something grabbed you around your middle.
You suddenly felt movement all around you as you scrambled in a blind panic, flinching when lights turned out to reveal that you, indeed, had been sleeping in a huggy pile.
Just not the one you initially thought.
Memories of the previous day rushing back to you, you looked around shakily at all the Huggys- And Kissy, that were now looking at you. You flushed deeply, squeaking out a small, “Sorry!” as you hunched your shoulders, looking straight down.
You were on the larger Huggy's stomach.
You really, really had to pee.
