The wrap party for season 1 was being held in the TEKKA-SOS-DAN Force Base in GBN, with the cast and crew of the web-series celebrating wildly.
Jade Harley smiled as she sat back, watching everyone talking about their favorite moments so far, or talk about what they want to do in the future...
Their lawyer, Terezi, was hashing things out over in a corner with several of the executives from the various Gundam IP holding companies, including GBN's admins, hashing out contract details for various future projects...
Including one proposal Jade had open in a corner of her vision- a simple screen that detailed a proposal from the Tekkadan Roleplay group itself.
It would be a bit tricky to pull off, given it involved an IP that wasn't directly owned by the executives attending the party at the moment, but...
Jade wanted to do it.
She wanted to do it so badly her heart felt like it was skipping beats.
They still had season 2 to do- but after... after...
It was a crossover concept that just felt like it HAD to be done...!
Feferi slid up next to her around then, smiling, "Enjoying the party?"
"As well as I can," Jade answered, eyeing the room. Everyone was enjoying themselves... Interestingly, Rose and Nepeta were hovering very close to eachother, grins on their faces, and cheeks flushed rosy.
Jade didn't mean to pry, but she'd had to get good at reading lips when communicating across an active filming set.
"So what brought on that improv kiss?" Nepeta was teasing, a sly look on her face, eyelashes blinking in a way she knew exactly what brought it on.
"Oh, you know... just a promise I made to myself..." Rose was blushing, embarassed, but not breaking eye contact.
"I think we're doing good," Jade said, looking away. "We've got our break in production time to get the security issues hashed out and write a bit ahead in our scripts..."
"Mmhm," Feferi hummed in agreement. "That is going to be good. We could use the break."
"Have you seen the proposal Itsuki wrote up?" Jade asked.
"The oneshot movie idea?" Feferi asked. "Yes, I've seen it." She smiled. "It looks fun. A thematic crossover just waiting to happen, if you ask me."
"That's what I was thinking," Jade giggled.
And then her eyes saw Nepeta whisper "Then do it again." And Rose leaned in- their faces glowing red in the way GBN simulated blushes when in normal game play environments- And kiss!
Jade took in a sharp breath to avoid squealing as Nepeta kissed back with just as much energy.
Feferi chuckled, "Good for them."
Fortunately, everyone else seemed to be distracted with their own endeavors to react. So Jade and Feferi looked away to give them their privacy.
"We're totally writing more Rosali and Tomoka scenes, right?" Jade asked.
"Oh, definitely," Feferi nodded. "I've got a few ideas for the start of next season already that'll really ramp up the romantic tension..."
"Oooh! Do Tell...!" Jade grinned.
