Dear Keanu;

Knock Knock.

Hi.

It's me.

I'm kind of tired today.

How about you?

Are you getting enough sleep? Eating enough? Making sure anything that hurts after filming gets the attention it deserves? I can't be there to make sure you're okay. I can't see you physically right now, or most anytime, even if I see you in a different way: my heart.

So do me a favor please? Take a little time at the start, middle and end of each day to listen to yourself.

Let's start with your body because you must be exhausted and taking a daily beating.

Knock knock.

Who's there?

It's your body.

If you listen, it will hopefully tell you what you need at any given time. A pain anywhere, an emptiness in your belly and subsequent loud groan, sandy eyes, that, my dearest friend, is your body letting you know something needs looking after, eat something or go get some sleep as soon as you can.

Or at least rest.

Then you need to listen to your soul.

Knock knock.

Who's there?

It's your soul.

It wants to tell you about what you're going through inside of that body of yours. Your soul is equally as important to your physical health as your body because it can greatly influence how you physically feel.

You know, how when you're happy you feel like you can run a marathon and never get tired; you feel like you're walking on air!

But when you are sad you are constantly tripping over your own two feet. They are not feet, they are those iron shoes I went on about here once.

So listen to your soul. Even those painful parts of it.

It's a beautiful soul.

Now let's move on to your mind.

Knock knock.

Who's there?

It's your mind.

A very bright mind.

You've got to listen to that too. With you, well, you might listen to it *too* much being a Virgo and all. But still, if things aren't making sense when they should be, or you're trying to figure out something on a rational level or solve a problem, it's important.

But it's mainly working best when it goes along with something else.

Which is now at the door.

Knock Knock.

Who's there?

It's your heart.

My beloved one...

You've got to listen to your heart.

Your heart is what your soul wants. It is what you want, what you are feeling, not anybody else but you. And it will either be easy to hear or quite difficult, depending on how loud other things are and if they drown it out, including your mind or body.

But it needs to be heard, Keanu.

And only you can hear what it is telling you.

So, please, take a moment to listen to it.

Okay, so we've got your body, soul, mind and heart all outside knocking and wanting in.

Knock knock.

Who's there?

It's you.

Quite a remarkable lad, well worth answering the door for.

I'd definitely let you in.

But, then again, you're already here.
