Jimmy feels like he’s been smacked in the face, the words hitting him with all the force of a well-thrown trident. Dying? “You- what- but elves don’t die, right?”
“We do. From poison, from swords, from arrows through the throat-” Jimmy’s hands fly to the scar on his neck, the one that matches Scott’s own- “from grief.”

3rd life was a tragedy that no one expected to survive. Somehow, though, Jimmy respawns in Empires, and through some stroke of luck, his husband comes too.
In less fortunate news, his husband is refusing to speak to him for some reason, and he's being harassed by a demon. Not to mention this whole fading nonsense that elves apparently do. What a mess!Series
