Willow opened the package curiously, not knowing what to expect. The soft black cloth was a bit of a surprise, but not quite as much as its contents. A heavy silver chain fell into her hand. As she stared at it, she realized with confusion that each link held a tiny charm; crosses, Stars of David and pentacles alternated along its entire length.
Then she saw the letter.
'Willow,' it read in Oz' familiar scrawl. 'I had this made for you. It's to keep you safe from the things that live in the night. No matter what, I still love you.'
