Chapter Text

As the two adventurers turned scavengers saw the watermelon stand come into view, it was as if both of their brains and become one and formed one single thought: FOOD. The two rushed forward in desperation excitement. Unfortunately, the dynamic duo had forgotten that more often than not, nearly nothing good comes for free, as the man running the stand basically said: Sorry kid, I only accept cash. And thus, the two sat there staring longingly at the food in front of them practically being dangled in front of their faces.

As if on cue, a woman in a shiny black car drove up next to the stand. As she got out of her car, it was as though she could tell there was a dramatic camera pan going on. Because after she stepped out, she took a moment to pose next to her car for the somewhat unnecessary additional dramatic effect. As she spoke with the stand owner, she told the man that she was searching for someone. Upon paying, she told him to let her know if he saw him. And as the side character Coffee proceeded to get back in her car, she took no notice of the fact that two of the main protagonists (E&E) had snuck into the trunk of her car before she drove off.

While the side character, Coffee, is at a gas station, she comes in contact with two officers. They’re only relevant here solely to ask if she’s heard of a bounty by the name of Domino Walker. Although she denies having come in contact with him, they inspect her trunk which match to their surprise they found E&E huddled together in that musky ass trunk like a pack of sardines.
