Work Header

how the mighty fall

Summary:

Three of the most important women in the multiverse, getting some.

Work Text:

Lena Luthor's day starts the way most of them start nowadays: slow, lazy, and sandwiched between two of the most beautiful women across the entire multiverse.

"You sure you have to go in today?" Iris asks, like she's not just as dedicated to her paper as Lena is to her new research company. Admittedly, her fingers working in slow circles just shy of where Lena would like them to be do make a compelling point.

"Yes," Lena says, ignoring the way Sara grins at Iris when her voice cracks, just a little. "My research is--"

"Interesting, I'm sure," Sara says before leaning in and kissing at the bruise on Lena's neck. Lena jolts enough that Iris' hand finds her clit, and then the rest of the morning passes by far too quickly.

Iris has learned not to check her texts during work hours unless they're from Kamilla or Allegra or one of their sources, but she hits the wrong message accidentally, and Sara's sent her a picture of Lena, in lingerie and tied to her own bed post with these intricate rope lines that Iris has absolutely no clue how to do and also does not have the mental capacity to process right now. The picture doesn't have a caption, though Iris would bet half the money in her bank account that Lena talked Sara out of sending something dumb and cheesy to go along with it.

you KNOW i'm working

you're the one who opened my message

you sure you're not on your lunch break? ;)

positive

that's fine, lena can wait

isn't lena supposed to be working?

Sara doesn't end up responding, which leaves Iris to wonder what the pair of them are up to for the next several hours. Allegra asks if everything's okay. Iris is proud of the way she sounds calm and steady when she says, "Yeah, just a little tired."

"You sure your arms are okay?" Sara asks. "I can untie you for a bit, give you a massage while we wait for Iris to get back."

"You're sweet," Lena says, and Sara bites back her reflexive no long enough for Lena to continue. "I'm fine. It's hardly the first day I've spent tied to a bedpost."

"Ooh, you'll have to tell me about that sometime," Sara says, trying to make it sound seductive but failing a little, but it's fine, because Lena looks back at her with a fond smile anyway. "Was it Sam?"

"Andrea," Lena says, and the bit of nostalgia in her voice is enough for Sara to reconsider waiting till Iris is back. Thankfully, a multiversal portal opens up and Iris steps in not a minute later, eyes lighting on Lena immediately.

"How was work?" Lena asks.

"Get anything done?" Sara adds, smirking back at Iris' glare.

"Do you care right now?" Iris asks.

"Normally, yes, but now? Let me thi--"

Iris huffs and pulls Sara into a kiss, legs on either side of her hips, and Sara just knows Lena's as impatient as she's ever been.

"Not that I'm not enjoying this," Sara says right against Iris' lips, "but Lena has been very patient."

"Don't stop on my account," Lena says, though there's a hitch in her breath that wasn't there for the hours and hours Sara's been getting her ready. "You might move closer?"

Iris laughs, gives Sara one quick kiss, and then gets on top of Lena, slow and careful in the way Sara enjoys watching and gets much too impatient on the other end of. "Just making sure: you're alright with this?"

"Obviously," Lena says, hips shifting up in a possibly-unconscious plea for attention. Sara trails her fingers up Lena's thigh, just to see her shiver. "You?"

"Lena," Iris says sweetly. "Been thinking about this all day."

Sara just sits back and watches them for a moment, wishing she could fool herself into thinking the warmth in her chest is just lust, that this hasn't turned into something deeper than it was ever meant to be.

But then again, that's something she can worry about later.
