"Afternoon, everyone!" Anne sang out as she wandered into the orchard. "Ah, it's such a lovely day!"
"Afternoon, Anne," Mary called back. "Ready to learn another recipe today?"
Anne beamed at her. "Always." She cast her gaze around the row of trees. "Though I must say that I'd love to be able to cook in a kitchen with a flowering tree just outside the window. Apple blossoms have the most delicate scent…" She bent and picked a few fallen flowers up from the ground, carefully threading the stems through the ties of her braids.

Anne and Gilbert each get a little perspective from Bash and Mary (and a little decoration from nature) while Anne has her cooking lesson with Mary and Gilbert and Bash work in the orchard.
Set in the summer between seasons 2 and 3.
