Summary
Ten years ago, Anakin Skywalker's dreams of being a Jedi were crushed. They didn't want him. If it weren't for Padme, he'd have been sent right back to slavery. Even through a slave revolution and planetary civil war, the memory of the Jedi's rejection still burnt. Especially one Jedi in particular. Now, he was a Senator with a target on his back and no choice but to allow the Jedi to protect him. Which meant spending more time with Obi-Wan Kenobi then he ever wanted to.
