Daredevil, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Jessica Jones, Ghost Rider, Blade, Moon Knight, Shadowcat, White Tiger, Tigra, Punisher and Shang Chi went to Hells Kitchen to track down Madame Gao, Bullseye, Typhoid Mary, and the Hand from taking over New York City. Jessica Jones from Heroes For Hire the organization that she merged Alias Investigations with Knightwing Restorations that Danny Rand bought. She searched a building which was Midland Circle the same area that Daredevil found the hole in.
After the accident that made Bullseye paralyzed. His Skelton is infused with the Adamantium plus the vibranium so he could be more flexible plus more invincible to hard hits.
He had been training with the Hands for the past few years to keep up with his strength and agility so he could truly beat Daredevil.
Mary Walker's parents constantly argued with one another before she was born. After her birth, her father began molesting her in her crib. One night, when her father came into her room to molest her again, Mary retreated deeply into her mind and a new alter ego emerged to attack her father. After that her father never touched her again. Mary's need to protect herself led to her second persona developing latent mutant powers of mind control, telepathy, and pyrokinesis.
Mary eventually ended up in a mental institution, where her dissociative identity disorder was identified, but the source of her powers were not. As a child, Mary was sweet and cooperative, but was sickly and prone to epilepsy. She was also unaware of her second persona, which in contrast was violent and uncontrollable. Her second persona was dubbed "Typhoid," because she ran a constant fever. Typhoid eventually escaped the facility, bringing Mary with her. Mary started a career in acting and became a well know actress before disappearing. It was assumed Typhoid destroyed Mary's acting career.
She eventually worked as a prostitute in a brothel, this is where she first met Matt Murdock, before he became Daredevil. He was there to attack a villain at the brothel where Mary worked. To his surprise, the girls working there defended him. In a moment of panic, he lashed out against the women, knocking Mary out the window. At that moment, Mary vowed that she would never allow a man to hurt her again. She became Typhoid Mary. She desperately went to Hand so she could truly feel fulfilled and complete.
In order to save Iron Fist, Daredevil, Jones and Cage escaped from the 29th Precinct Police Station and then headed to the Midland Circle. Through a back entrance, they were confronted by Gao, Murakami and Bakuto, waiting for their arrival. After a brief converse, the three fought, Jones and Cage against Gao, while Daredevil juggled Murakami and Bakuto. Though both were feeling pinned and too easily overpowered by Gao, they managed to knock her to the ground.
Daredevil was evenly matched by both opponents but was briefly assisted by Wing, whom fended off Bakuto. In an effort to retreat, an exposed pipe released a flammable gas, Bakuto utilizing his katana to set it ablaze through a spark. Gao, Murakami, and Bakuto left the area; Cage covered the fire with his hand and bent the pipe closed. After everyone recollected, Cage questioned Wing's presence, her response expecting gratitude for her help.
Meanwhile, Elektra took restrained Rand beneath Midland Circle, explaining the blockage that held an ingredient for the Elixir. Though Rand protested that he would not assist the Hand in breaking through, she brought up how they chose their respective paths in life, choosing to run from their destiny while she unstrapped him. They fought fiercely against one another. Eventually Typhoid Mary angered Rand to the point that he summoned the Iron Fist. Typhoid Mary managed to led Rand to inadvertently opened the sealed door. They both crashed through the opened way to the dragon bones.
Reuniting with Wing and Temple, Daredevil decided to choose Wing's plan to use Raymond's C-4 to destroy the Midland Circle and take down the Hand once and for all. Despite Cage's doubts, Temple and Jones agreed with Daredevil. Cage then reluctantly agreed to the plan, provided that only the Hand will get hurt by the explosives. They then decided to split up Cage, Daredevil, Jones, Punisher, Wild Cat went to save Rand while Wing, Temple, White Tiger and Tigra went to plant the explosives at the support columns. Walking through the hallways of the Midland Circle, Murdock heard some activities below the building. Cage then broke the wall, exposing the elevator to the bottom of the hole.
Meanwhile, Gao traveled down to the underground where she found Elektra had successfully opened the door, thus exposing the bones of the dragons that had been hidden for so many years directly underneath the city. Gao then explained to Typhoid Mary and Bullseye that the Dragons had once roamed the land of K’un-L’un and now these fossils were all that remained. Although Typhoid Mary and Bullseye wanted Rand dead, Gao recommended that they first remove the bones and then kill him.
Searching for fugitives, the New York City Police Department led by Strieber surrounded Midland Circle. Misty Knight later was informed about explosives stolen from evidence locker. Strieber realized that building is going to be exploded and ordered to bring bomb squad and Emergency Service Unit to the location. He then led officers to the entrance in order to storm the building.
Wing and Temple carried the interior map of Midland Circle and the bombs stolen from the evidence locker. As they studied the document, they placed each bomb at the base of a few support columns. However, the two were met with the arrival of Bakuto, taunting that he knew Wing was there and wanted to talk. Wing then attacked Bakuto as the two began clashing swords. The pair continued fighting around the boiler room, as Bakuto slashed her across the back and then healed quickly. While Wing remained on her feet, Wing, Temple and Knight were assisted by White Tiger and Tigra who had arrived on the scene. White Tiger and Tigra overwhelmed Bakuto and he couldn’t manage to fight both of them at the same time because they are much faster and agile than him.
Bakuto got the upper hand to beat both White Tiger and Tigra before holding Temple's throat between his swords. While she fell to the floor, Knight punched him with her right vibranium cybernetic arm then Wing had charged forward and attacked Bakuto. Wing had managed to steal her own sword back from Bakuto before stabbing him with it. While Bakuto stood in horror at his student gaining the upper hand.
Once down to the cave, Shadowcat distracted Typhoid Mary and the Hand members before they were attacked by Punisher with his War Machine Armor and blew them up. They also reunited with Iron Fist and together they faced the Hand in the last battle. Defenders managed to defeat all hostiles, including Gao and Murakami, and only Typhoid Mary and Bullseye was left to fight them. During the battle, Murdock heard that the charges were set. He urged his team to escape from the caves and decided to stay behind to end the rivalry between Daredevil and Bullseye. Before they left, Daredevil asked the rest of the team ask to protect New York and the world.
Bullseye got brutal with Daredevil very close to tear each other apart, who broke both his arms and then used a sai to stab Bullseye through the chest, much in the same way he had done to Elektra years before. As the building was collapsing Daredevil managed to escape. In the Heroes For Hire building most of the heroes reunited with their loved ones. Karen and Foggy were still waiting for him. Claire and Bill were praying for him, and Bill was comforting Claire because of how much of a great friend Matt was to her.
They were hearing footsteps at the hallway Frank pulled his gun out if one of the members of the Hand came back but it was indeed Matt his red suit almost torn to shreds. Foggy and Karen ran and hugged him, and they cried on him.
