Chapter Text

And he did come back..

The sun was just starting to rise when he came back and snuck into bed with you. He tried his hardest not to wake you up because he wanted you to be well rested for the day ahead. He went back to sleep facing away from you, so the two of you slept for a few more hours.

You woke up earlier than him and did your morning routine then got some food for breakfast. He woke up soon after and spent some time in the bathroom to freshen up before meeting you for breakfast.

“I have something planned for us today, (y/n).” He said with a slight smirk. “Yeah?” You tilted your head curiously. “You may want to go home to get changed. I’ve arranged a fight for us later.”

You swallowed thickly. “You mean against each other?”

“Mhm~”

“So that’s what you were out doing.” You said, then sat in a moment of silence. An idea popped in your head. “Why don’t we make this a bet.. if I win, you have to show me how you did the flower petal trick and if you win you get to choose what you want.”

“You really want to know?” “Kinda, yeah.”

“Well then, we’ll see if you win.” He said a little tauntingly but you loved the challenge.

You were still eating your food when he stood up and walked around to stand behind you and wrap his arms around you loosely. When the plate was empty you turned in the chair to face him.

“Excited?” You asked with a playful smile. “Very.” He responded then reached an arm down to meet your chest and peppered your neck with gentle kisses. “Mm.. I can tell.” You said.

He massaged your breast in his hand while giving you little hickeys from your jaw to your collarbone. “Take this as an apology for leaving so abruptly last night.” He said.

“Gladly.” You rested your hand on his sharp jawline. Strong arms wrapped around your waist and carried you back to his bed.

“Be good for me, (y/n).”

Hisoka lifted your shirt up and kissed around your nipples. Without wasting time, he circles his tongue around your sensitive nipple. You tense up slightly but don’t let out a sound. While holding back the moan in your throat, he takes your nipple between his two fingers and pinches it.

“Let me hear you moan for me, doll. Come on.” He took the erect nipple between his teeth and bit down gently while twisting and pulling the other between his fingers. You let out a weak moan involuntarily.

“That’s right.. Good girl.”

You tensed your thighs and rubbed them together in an attempt to get some friction. You needed him to give you some attention down there as well, but it seemed like he was enjoying torturing you like this. “Hisoka.. Please.” “Now, now, don’t be impatient. I’ll treat you when I think you’re ready.”

“That’s not fair” You groaned and he started to leave a trail of kisses from your chest to your lower stomach.

“I don’t play fair, doll.” He took off your pants but left your underwear on as he kissed your inner thigh. You arched your back while he sucked on your skin harshly leaving bruises.

He pushed your underwear to the side and dragged his finger along the glistening slit. “You’re practically dripping, (y/n). You really can’t wait, can you?” “N-no.”

“Turn over.” He said and you did as you were told. He grabbed your hips suddenly and your face hit the mattress. You felt cold air hit your pussy when he slid your underwear off. He aligned his tip at your wet entrance and coated it with your slick.

You whined as he denied the sweet relief you were looking for.

He rubbed his length along your slit, even going as far to brush against your throbbing clit. Again, he aligned his tip perfectly angled to slide into you. Slowly, he pushed himself in while letting out a low groan. You backed your hips against him.

“I love it when you take me like that~” He said as your pussy eagerly took every inch of his length. His large dick slipped in so easily when you were that wet. Your ass was flush against his body. His thrusts started out slow and steady but he knew that wasn’t enough for either of you.

Skin slapped against skin loudly as he pounded into you over and over again. It was almost painful how well he hit all the spots deep inside you. “Harder!”

With one hand he grabbed both of your wrists and pulled them back and the other for a firm grip on your hair. “Ahh.. Hisoka!” You moaned as he continued to penetrate you.

Between his hands bruising your hips perfectly and his dick hitting your g-spot you knew you were close to your climax.

He moaned as he felt you tightening around him. He kept thrusting into you but you knew he was close when his pace stuttered.

“Cum in me” You begged and he couldn’t resist.

You squeezed your eyes shut as you came around him with a loud moan. He spurted his thick ropes of cum into you and stayed that way for a minute before pulling out.

“That was so good.” You accidentally said out loud and Hisoka smirked.

He pulled your underwear back up and handed you your clothes. “Keep my cum inside you until you get home.”

“Seriously?”

“Unless you don’t want to.” He shrugged. You rolled your eyes and felt your face get hot. After slipping back into your clothes you were ready to go back to your hotel.

“Don’t be late, (y/n).” He advised while patting your head. “I won’t.” You gave him a determined look then closed the door behind you.

You left to get ready, walking back to your hotel with a pussy full of Hisoka’s cum. You still had quite a lot of time until your fight because it was scheduled for the evening and it was still morning.

First you got yourself cleaned up then you spent a few hours relaxing, then a few stretching and getting ready, mentally and physically, to fight Hisoka. You didn’t want to hurt him too bad but you knew he’d get disappointed if you went easy on him. It was a difficult balance to keep but you were sure that you could do it. Lastly, you invited Rayn to watch but knew he probably wouldn’t come because he typically trained at that time. He would appreciate the invitation though.

When it was finally time, you brought a bottle of water and some bandages for after the fight. You would usually bring more but you figured this fight would be quick enough. You put on your fighting outfit, threw your bag over your shoulder and left your room.

━━━ ♡♤♧♢ ━━━

You arrived at the arena to find a line of people all the way out the door.

You thought, “Surely they can’t all be here for Hisoka and I.. ” But they were. Hisoka always seemed to draw a crowd wherever he went. His loyal fans followed him for every fight. They wanted to see him and his new tricks and his unique form of entertainment.

Security helped you skip the line to get you where you needed to be for the fight. So far you hadn’t come across Hisoka at all, but that was probably because he was on the other side of the arena.

Five minutes until the countdown.

It was still too soon to walk into the ring, but even from there you could hear the not so quiet murmurs from the audience. You took a sip of water and played on your phone to distract yourself for a minute or two.

You were then encouraged to walk out to the ring where you were met with the curious whispers and cheers of the crowd. You weren’t as well known in the fighting world as Hisoka, but they knew if he was willing to go against you that you were something good. You watched as the audience members chatted amongst themselves, probably placing bets and getting excited.

Hisoka walked out after you looking as stunning as usual. His pale skin shone under the blindingly bright lights. A piece of paper sat in his pocket that was too big to be a playing card. It stuck out against his loose pants awkwardly. He had his signature star and teardrop painted on his cheeks accompanied by the glowing passion in his golden eyes. His bright pink hair was gelled back, and all you could think of was the first time you fought with him. He looked just about the same.

Just as attractive as ever.

The announcer started to hype up the crowd by saying, “Here tonight, we have fighters Hisoka Morow and (y/n)(l/n) matched against each other! Even on short notice these two have reeled in quite the crowd..”

And the audience cheered, letting their excitement and presence be known.

One minute before the countdown.

Hisoka walked over to you, taking the paper out of his pocket.

What’s this? Looks like the couple are having a discussion before the countdown! How intriguing!”

He leaned into your ear and said, “I’ve waited a very long time for this moment now.”

“I know.”

“Perhaps this will encourage you to participate more enthusiastically.” He handed you the folded paper.

“What is it?” You asked and he didn’t answer, just looked at you with that smug look.

“Folks, It is now 30 seconds until the death match between the two begin!”

You hadn’t stopped making eye contact with Hisoka since you asked your question. It felt like time stopped. With a crowd like this, there was no avoiding the fact that one of you was going to die tonight. He had arranged this behind your back. No.. he arranged this while you slept. While you slept in his bed, comfortable and unsuspecting.

“Death match? You’re fucking serious?!” You asked. Hisoka smiled as he saw all the hope and all the plans you had fail. You looked crushed. You wanted to laugh in pure disbelief.

“Things can change at a moment's notice, (y/n). It seems I should’ve taught you how to react quicker.” He explained but his words just seemed like muffled background noise. It was as if there was a waterfall roaring in your ears. You couldn’t focus on his stupid words. That bet you made this morning was nothing but manipulation to make you think you would live to spend another night with him. It was like a house of cards was falling apart in front of your eyes.

He didn’t deserve to fight you.

10

9

How could you be so naive to think Hisoka had become a decent person? How could you forget how badly he wanted you dead at his hands?

8

7

You unfolded the piece of paper he handed you. It showed an unconscious man. You could tell by the way the body was slumped backwards. Pink cards stuck out of his throat. But how was this picture relevant?

6

You recognized that man. He’s worn that shirt before. There’s blood on his shirt. There’s blood flowing down his neck. It’s Rayn. There’s no doubt it’s Rayn.

5

You thought, ‘ It can’t be ’ but it was. Rayn is the man in the photograph with the cards in his neck. There’s no way he could’ve possibly survived that.

4

“I’m certainly going to enjoy killing you..” Hisoka groaned.

3

You kept staring at the picture waiting for it to move. Waiting stupidly for Rayn to get up and tell you he’s fine and smile that missing-toothed grin.

That could never happen. It’s just a photograph.

2

You understood the anger that Rayn had when he saw his dead cousin at the Hunter’s Exam. The thought of revenge played in your head like a broken record.

1

You couldn’t protect your best friend. The one thing you swore to do right.

FIGHT!

“I told you not to fucking touch him!” You screamed and you could hardly recognize your own voice.

Your bloodlust suffocated the arena, then Hisoka’s mixed with yours. That was exactly the reaction he was hoping for. You shoved the picture back in your pocket and looked at Hisoka with determined eyes. You wanted him dead.

You usually never started off your fights with your nen dragon but this wasn’t a fight for entertainment. You wanted to finish him off quickly. With your prominent and enraged aura, sneak attacks would never work. Raw power would win the fight.

You used a lot of power to summon your nen dragon then aim it towards him. He stuck his arm out tauntingly and you let your dragon rip it off without hesitation. He had done that stunt before.

The limb dropped to the floor but Hisoka didn’t look fazed. Machi could probably sew it back on in less than a minute.

You didn’t care about the speed that your dragon was going, you didn’t care to stop it or shut off your aura. The beast ran into the bleachers causing part of the arena to crumble and letting audience members get injured. Hisoka’s eyes widened at the sight. Your lack of restraint was beautiful to him.

“Again.” Hisoka commanded and you aimed at him again, this time from a different angle.

He dodged it with his incredible speed but the nen dragon still hit the bleachers another time. The announcer was panicking and told everyone to evacuate but you couldn’t care less. Smarter people ran while others stayed to watch while the arena was getting destroyed.

You threw nen flames at Hisoka while trying to keep your distance to avoid his Bungee Gum. He would occasionally throw cards at you or try to get close but you wouldn’t allow it. He chased you all around the area while you tried to pull counterattacks. None of them were anywhere near strong enough, and all of his chasing was tiring you out.

The best chance you had was to keep using your nen dragon. But with every attack using your nen dragon, you destroyed the arena more and more making rubble take up room on the ring. Smoke and dust was collecting. It was only a matter of time before authorities were called to the scene.

Hisoka had an evil look in his eye as he grabbed a piece of rubble with his elastic aura and flung it at you. You didn’t think his Bungee Gum was capable of that. You used all of your energy to run out of the way and narrowly dodge getting crushed.

Finally he stopped and you took the moment to take a breath before summoning your nen dragon again.

Without your knowledge, he was setting up traps with his Bungee Gum the entire time he chased you around the ring. Sneaky. He used his playing cards and Bungee Gum to wait and catch you in the right place then strike.

He emitted his Bungee Gum and trapped you with his aura like a net. You fought against the pink restraint but it was no use. He let his stretched out Bungee Gum traps disengage then 4 cards went flying in your direction.

You would have to use your own nen dragon to move you out of the way because your body couldn’t move under the restraint.

You were successful in moving out of the way of the four cards that were set up but he threw a card at you from behind.

He sliced the back of your knee and you fell to the ground. You yelled out from the pain but didn’t stop fighting. That’s what he loved about you.

With a motion of your hands you commanded the nen dragon to spiral to the ceiling. Some pipes exploded from the impact, and the ceiling began to crumble. It also hit the large screened T.V that was usually on for the crowd. Due to the damage you had already done it was broken. When you hit it, it started to fall to the ring below. That would be your way of getting rid of Hisoka’s emitted aura.

He had to make sure the falling structures wouldn’t crush him before he had a chance to kill you. The better option was to release his aura on you and focus on protecting himself. He could find you afterwards. You didn’t have anywhere to run anyway.

While he was distracted with that you slammed your nen dragon into the ground to make a wall of dust, while you hid yourself under the rubble and concealed your aura. He sighed and wished you wouldn’t resort to such a boring technique.

You struggled to pull your knife out of its pocket without disturbing the rubble above you too much. You could feel his footsteps vibrate the ground ever so slightly.

He had to be in range for one good stab. You couldn’t run up to him with your injured leg. Speaking of which, you needed to wrap your leg up quickly. The bleeding was serious.

He just needed to get close enough but still but unsuspecting of your attack.

Perfect!

When he was in the perfect position you got up as quickly as you could and stabbed him with your knife. It was a deep wound one that would cause major blood loss if he pulled it out. He went to attach his aura onto you and likely force you into hand to hand combat but you got yourself out of range as quickly as you could by using your nen dragon as a means to transport you out of the way.

Exhaustion was getting to you. Adrenaline was not a sufficient energy source.

It took the rest of your strength to take the pink haired man in the jaws of your nen dragon. You almost missed because he was running at you with the intention to kill you on the spot because the anticipation was simply unbearable.

You fell to your knees and took deep breaths.

Restraining him with your nen dragon wasn’t secure but with use of his elastic aura he made the restraint tighter and harder to escape. He struggled against it while trying to plan out his next move. In the midst of his struggle, he dislodged the knife letting warm red blood soak into his clothing.

You started to close your fist were met with the sound of his body beginning to crush under the pressure of your strong-jawed nen ability. Your aura was starting to fade and lose strength. There was no chance of you giving anymore attacks. This was your last chance.

You closed your fist completely but by that point your aura had just about completely faded. Hisoka fell to the ground but quickly got himself up to continue fighting.

He threw a couple cards in your torso before his vision started to blur from blood loss. The look in his eyes was absolutely manic and filled with the need for his fatal desire. The rest of his face showed deep disappointment. This was not the way this fight was supposed to go. He seemed better off than you physically, but he refused to keep fighting you at such a disadvantage. It simply wasn't satisfying. This absolute mess of a fight wasn't what he had in mind. He started to feel dizzy but it was manageable.

You curled up against the ground hardly conscious.

You played with the red bracelet on your wrist as you took short gasps of air.

Hisoka kneeled down and took the picture of Rayn out of your pocket.

“You really did give me the same pleasure that fighting does. It’s too bad toys don’t last forever. We had fun didn’t we?” He spoke to you softly. He looked down at you with those yellow eyes you loved.

You coughed out and tasted your blood on your tongue. You needed a healer soon or you would die.

Blood stained Hisoka’s clothes. His movements were a little shaky. You doubted he was in much better condition than you. He ignored his injuries for the time being because he was living off of the high of fighting you.

For Hisoka, that battle was the greatest act of love he could ever show.

He peeled the picture off of the paper he had handed you earlier and let the blank paper flutter to the ground.

It was a fake. It was his Texture Surprise and not a real photo.

Which meant Rayn might’ve been in the crowd tonight. The same crowd that got crushed and injured because of you. You wanted to cry.

Hisoka had deceived you and convinced you into fighting with your heart. You never should’ve gotten involved with the devilish man. You should’ve ran far away when you had the chance. Frustrated tears blurred your vision.

You wanted to curse Hisoka with your nen if he survived his injuries. His blood was starting to form a puddle on the floor.

“You're a piece of shit, Hisoka.”

Your eyes were feeling quite heavy and you needed to rest. Your fingers got that tingly feeling that they get when they fall asleep. Your vision was obscured with black spots. The wet blood was starting to feel cold down your back. You were feeling quite tired.

Hisoka fell next to you while taking careful breaths himself. His arm was wrapped around his ribs and his nose was starting to bleed. Looking over, he saw the state you were in. He rested his hand on your head and petted you all while having a semi-satisfied look on his face. His eyes were unfocused and looking at the damaged ceiling. He could see the sky peeking through.

Bloodlust hugged the two of you like a blanket until it faded to a faint mist.

Sirens could be heard from vehicles that were still miles away.

Your ears were starting to deafen. If he had anything else to say, you couldn’t hear it. You had no strength to stay awake any longer. There was no voice to tell you to get up.

The world seemed to have gone quiet.. and the tears that streamed down your face started to feel soothing in an odd way.

So why not rest.. Just for five minutes. Then you could wake up and fix everything.. Yeah..

It’s so quiet..

Just

five

minutes

. . .
