Chapter Text
* Robin was indifferent to the announcement of your pregnancy, stating his congratulations to you but letting others dote on your first like the more motherly servants. It wasn’t until you asked for his assistance that he got involved in helping you during your pregnancy which led to some interesting shenanigans.
* When requesting items from Robin like food for cravings or pillows and blankets, he’ll only put in half the effort. It’s not that he won’t retrieve those items… he’ll just take them from somebody else. Does master need a pillow? He’ll just “borrow” one of the fancy ones from Gilgamesh! Is Emiya making a sandwich in the kitchen? It’s close enough to what master wanted so he’ll take that too!
* It was after numerous complaints from other servants about their items getting stolen that you managed to connect both together. You did scold Robin for his behavior to which he stated he would try his best but old habits die hard and during the course of your pregnancy, items still mysteriously vanish from time to time but you always make sure they’re returned.
* What Robin actually does for you is either keeping you company or letting you borrow his cape in order to cuddle up to, the earthy smell helping to relax and lull you to sleep. He also loans you his bird to keep company and to sing to you while you sleep.
* Robin might not say it outright but his actions speak for him as he does like playing and interacting with children. He would either sneak the child servants treats or trinkets or let them play with his bird. He’s very much a big brother type, getting into situations with the youngsters and enjoying the mischief and chaos that comes from it. It’s all playful fun for him!
* Robin is a little more careful with your child then they’re a baby, poking at their cheeks in a playful manner while you rest as well as playing peek-a-boo with his cape, using his Evade a few times to really confuse them which more often than not leads to your child crying and waking you up if he doesn’t reveal himself quick enough to them.
* Robin’s childish nature, playful and mischievous, fit well when playing with your kid as they grow older and keeping them entertained, not so much when trying to teach them morals of right and wrong. Robin always states that they’re merely playing and having fun but there are times where it goes too far and both servant and child have to be scolded for their actions.
* Robin and your child have a bedtime routine, usually tucking the child in his cape, his bird singing a little tune, and Robin telling your child about some of his adventures of him and his band of merry men, Sherwood Forest, and the Sheriff of Nottingham until they fall asleep before he disappears into the night.
* When the child is old enough and with your permission, Robin likes to take them Sherwood Forest via Rayshift, having them meet his gang or going with Billy and Geronimo to explore the woods as well as teach them some survival skills or about nature. Your child is always excited to show off the skills they’ve learned or things they were taught, often bringing rocks or leaves they thought were cool to you.
