Summary
After their break up, the students and friends of Dewey Finn tell him to take a vacation away from the school to work on himself. Maybe meet some new people, but after a run in at a creepy house, Dewey finds more than he bargained for.

Musical version with notes of movie. Beets has been stuck in that hill house for 400 years, so is behind on the times. Dewey went to that town for vaca and ended up at the house during a rainstorm. Scares, Dewey goes back to prove it wasn't real to himself, beets does the whole say my name thing, Dewey leaves and goes back to teaching his band in NY, gets mugged and calls beets, now they're both stuck in the hospital with beets on a tether. Ch 14
