Katsuki dodged with the reflexes that came from years in the Hero field. Claws out and teeth bared, (Y/N) was going for the kill. Or seriously maim. “Fuck.” He hissed.
“(Y/N), Mama, calm down!” Eijirou called to her but she was not going to listen. She wasn’t hearing him. She was protecting herself and her pups.
“She doesn’t know it’s us, Ei.” Kat reminded him and stood on guard as she snarled at them. They were both now between her and her pups since her strike didn’t work. If they weren’t careful this would end badly.
“What do we do?” The red head demanded.
“Fuck. I don’t know. I can’t fucking think straight.” Kat wasn’t one to admit a flaw so easily. He was extremely frazzled and worried and just wanted to hold his family. That fucking Beta was going to pay next time he showed his ugly face.
"I…” Matsuki let out a wail right when Eijirou went to speak and (Y/N)’s eyes zeroed in on him.
“Ei!” Kat yelled as she struck. Ei hardened and dropped to the ground. (Y/N) snarled and shrieked and made such a racket the pups started screaming and crying.
She was contained. She couldn’t hurt Eijirou in his hardened form and he scented her as much as he could to try and calm her, to soothe. Get her Omega to register who she was with and that she was safe. Katsuki ran to the pups and started scenting them. Talking to them and calming them down. Matsuki kept squawking, disgruntled. He wanted his mother and how dare this Alpha keep her from him.
It took far too long for their liking for (Y/N) to calm enough for Katsuki to come close and give her his scent gland. He rubbed his wrist all over her face, even as she snarled and tried to bite him. It worked though, she started calming more. Eyes going droopy as her adrenaline left her and her Omega started to realize she was ok. Even if begrudgingly.
“How’s it going?” Denki asked from the doorway.
“She’s not mated to us, her Omega’s trying to resist our attempts to calm her. Otherwise this wouldn’t have happened in the first place.” Kat growled. God was he angry. He almost hoped that little weasel would show up. Fucking home wrecker wannabe ass, trying to steal his Omega. Mess up his life. Messing with his family. Katsuki’s Alpha wanted blood.
The Alphas had to knock her out the rest of the way with their scent. The pups were getting hungry and she wasn’t coming out of her drop. If it took too much longer they would have to get medical intervention. If it came to that, they wouldn’t be allowed near her with the pups and it was just a disaster happening before their eyes. Everything had been going so well. Who knew a little hiccup could turn this drastically.
"Do we buy formula or put them to her breast?" Ei asked. "Frankly, I'm not fond of either option but we have to do something!"
"Breast. She'd fucking kill us if we gave them formula. You know how she is. Breast is best, shit. Well, at least her breast is best for them. I'll give her that." Katsuki said.
So they prepped the triplets for nursing. Changing diapers, getting burp cloths and arranging (Y/N) on the bed. Propped up by pillows and still unconscious. They sat on either side of her with the pups, Katsuki with one and Eijirou held two in his giant hands. As they set up pillows next to her to support the pups, Matsuki let out a feeble cry.
Katsuki went to shoosh him, kissing his soft cheek. (Y/N) sat up with a gasp. The hero's jolted up, ready for attack. "What happened? My pups?!" She cried and stirred all the pups into fits.
"Fuck." Katsuki swore and handed over one of the twins.
"Here, Mama. They're right here." Ei soothed, handing her the other twin and bouncing Mitsuko until it was her turn.
"What happened?" She asked again, cradling the twins and rubbing their soft little heads while they suckled greedily.
"Drop. You didn't recognize us." Katsuki told her. Afraid to go into too much detail and cause another one.
"Oh my..." She whimpered. "Did I, did I hurt you? I didn't hurt the pups, did I?" She looked them over and stared at Ei until he brought their daughter closer for inspection.
"Not a scratch, you protected them so well, baby girl." He praised.
"You missed me, too quick for ya." Katsuki bragged. "Then you attacked Ei but his hard ass didn't even get a nick. We were more worried about your nails and teeth to be honest."
"I'm ok...I think. I'm...what happened?"
Katsuki sighed and took one of the twins to burb while (Y/N) took Mitsuko from Eijirou. "We're not technically mated. You didn't recognize our scents and only saw our Alphas as a threat. It happens sometimes, even though we live together and everything. It's just instincts and those base survival instincts are a bitch."
"So...so this could happen again?" She worried, scent making the pups anxious.
"Not on my watch." Katsuki growled.'"Got the fucking papers right here...somewhere. Dropped them in the flurry of not knowing where you were or what happened. Bastard will be getting served them tonight. And we're not leaving you alone again until he's behind bars. I know his kind, he ain't gonna stop and I'll be dead before I let him hurt my family again."
"You shouldn't have to babysit me. I should be strong enough to handle this on my own." She insisted.
"No, babe. He's harassing you, stalking you. Threatening you and our pups." Eijirou reminded her.
"This is serious and I'm not one to back down from a challenge. And this fucker is certainly fucking challenging me. My patience if nothing fucking else." Katsuki growled and smirked at the returned gurgle from his son. "That's right, Spitfire. Poppa's gonna kick some ass."
"I don't want to worry about this ever again." (Y/N) whispered, threading her fingers through the pups' wispy hairs.
"You won't, mama, your Alphas are gonna take care of it." Eijirou assured her.
"But you're not my alphas." She looked up at them and both men froze.
"What are you saying?" Katsuki demanded.
"Not yet, anyways." She amended. "I want you to mate me."
Katsuki just blinked at her while Eijirou started choking on nothing. "That..." He tried to speak but only managed to croak.
"That's a big step, Omega." Katsuki's voice rumbled. Unbearably turned on by her straightforwardness.
"I think I can handle it." She purred.

"Are you even healed enough for that? Isn't it...don't we...shouldn't we wait like ten to twelve weeks?" Eijirou asked, red and sweaty.
"My healing time was six to eight weeks, Red. But nice try." She teased, fond of his meakness. If exasperated just a tad.
"I've wanted to mate you since you stepped foot into this house. I'm ready when you are." Katsuki looked to his mate. "Ei, she knows what she's doing. Trust her for once, yeah?"
Eijirou looked like he wanted to argue for all of ten seconds, then hung his head. "Yeah, alright." He sighed and his eyes glinted up at them, concerned but on board.
So they updated Denki, who was stressed beyond belief but so relieved his best friend was ok. Scared for her, for his packs top Alphas and their pups. If anyone could handle the situation though, it was them. So he actually cleaned up the mess at the bottom of the stairs and left them to it. Hoping beyond hope that everything would be ok.
It was a tense couple hours, getting the pups to settle for the night. They weren't used to their bassinets, having slept on (Y/N) so often. Her guilt was eating away at her, her pups just wanted her but it was for their own good. Their family would finally become a pack. Their own little unit and they'd never be at risk again.
"You're sure, right?" Ei asked again, pulling his shirt from over his head.
