My blunt description is not intended as an insult? to the authors? I simply find collections very helpful for discovering new fics and wanted to have a place to raise up all the fics I find that meet the criteria, not just the ones that match my specific tastes. And of course, you don't have to accept the invite if you "don't want to be associated with" my collection.
