Summary
There are only Heroes and Villains. Quirks are the only true source of power, and anyone claiming otherwise are delusional about their quirk's power.
But this is untrue.
There are other powers at work, unknown to the general populace. It could be magic, the supernatural or something similar that very few know the truth about.
Midoriya Izuku always gets involved somehow and becomes a part of this world, and uses his powers to help others.(Open, Unmoderated)

Summary
Any type of fic where Midoriya has some other "power" other than a quirk, whether magic, supernatural, or even an "artificial quirk," AKA technological quirk.
In this collection: most of these "powers" are unheard of in normal society. Which means these won't contain fics where Quirks do not exist.
Mido can be quirkless, or have a quirk still, as long as he has another "ability," preferably hiding it from the rest of society.
