Season 07 AU. Sam is almost killed in a car accident after leaving Dean. Dean and Bobby don’t find out for two weeks. Sam finally heals but can’t remember the last two years after the showdown at Stull Cemetery. When he does remember it almost kills him. Lots of angst.

Sammy gets hit by a car resulting in multiple life threatening injuries and coma. When he wakes up he's lost two years of memories including hell. After a difficult recovery he starts to remember things, the memories causing mini strokes. When it finally all comes back to him him he suffers a major stroke with partial paralysis. The boys call on healer Emmanuel to help.
