Sorey knocked on the door of his father’s study, waiting for him to invite him in before opening the door. “You called for me father?” the prince called out as he closed the door behind him.
“Ah, yes, I actually wanted to ask your opinion on something. As you know, next week is your coming of age and I was hoping that we could host a ball in order to introduce you to more of the eligible men and women in the kingdom.” the king explained as he motioned to the chair next to the window wanting him to sit down.
The brunet nodded as he sat across from his father, having a feeling there was no way he could talk his father out of the party. “Do you need my help with setting everything up?” he asked curiously as he wondered why his father had called for him.
“No, no, I have the details all planned. I just need for you to visit the tailor to be fitted with a new suit beforehand. And Sorey, if there’s anyone you become interested in, anyone at all, please tell me.”
Sorey nodded, smiling at his father as he stood up. “Of course, father.”
