  Summary

  Sometimes, man-made horrors are within your comprehension. Those man-made horrors are up to and including: trains, eco-terrorism, pokemon in the hands of children, and making friends against your will.

  Reborn is a dilapidated region full of natural disasters and sketchy criminals that has just opened its doors to trainers.. Only to just as quickly be struck with tragedy as the train ferrying the last of its challengers explodes upon pulling in. One of the few survivors, Specter M.S.N. Ghost, who is surprisingly not a ghost-specialist, steps out of the rubble and into a whole cast of issues they're sure they didn't sign up for… but whether they’re ready or not, someone needs to go to bat.

  Reborn City is ready for a hero.

  Akato is a wannabe trainer, a desperately introverted wanderer, a bit to the left of normal, possibly a robot in a past life, just about what you'd expect from someone with mommy issues, absolutely a cognitohazard waiting to happen, and possibly also a two-in-one deal or more.

  How do you succeed as a trainer? Well, not like that.
  Probably not by blowing up the boat, either.
