The man’s eyes soften in a quiet understanding. He moves to the side, motioning with his chin. “Over there.” He points out a looming figure by the neon-lit bar, staring at the pair with hawk-like intensity shining in his eerie, ruby eyes.
If the white-haired stranger is extremely Dan Heng’s type, then he has no words left in his extensive vocabulary to describe that glowering “friend”.
Wherein Dan Heng breaks the golden rule: never fall in love with your situationship.

Hours. It’s been hours since he’s had the plug in and Alhaitham’s had him running errands — teasing him with touches, words, looks. Kaveh’s never felt the weight of Alhaitham’s gaze as much as he has this morning, bleeding into the afternoon. With every polite smile Kaveh gave, every nonsensical conversation he had, Alhaitham would be right behind him — brushing against the small of his back, against his arm as he’d reach out to grab something; fingertips lingering against the nape of his neck, the thin skin of his wrist when he’d find some paltry excuse to touch Kaveh.

Summary
There was a first time for everything, and this was Alhaitham’s first time seeing Kaveh like this since inviting him to move in. Adam’s apple bobbing, Alhaitham swallowed, getting his thoughts under control. Conflicted, Alhaitham ended up staring for a few seconds longer than he should have.
“What?!” Kaveh scrambled to cover himself with his sheets, grabbing a pillow and throwing it at Alhaitham’s chest. “Never seen an omega in heat before?”
Alhaitham underestimates the potency of Kaveh's heat.
