Somehow it didn’t feel accidental. Slowly, the pairs and trios had wandered away from the dwindling fire and gone to enjoy the privacy of their tents… leaving Adrien and Marinette sitting awkwardly across from one another, pretending that the sounds they were hearing weren’t designed to put pressure on them to finally make a move. They were both keenly aware that there was only one tent still empty, and their things had been moved there by well-meaning friends who now had their hands full with other matters.
